chapter 12

"Oh dispatch is going to love this" Seungcheol said as he watched them both wake up. Wonwoo shifted from where he was lying, to move next to mingyu. His face was red and Mingyu was making a fuss about waking up.
"How'd you get in the house?" Wonwoo yawned.
"The maid" Seungcheol flashed his gummy smile. "She gets swayed really easily"
Mingyu groaned and looked at Seungcheol.
"Why are you here?"
"I was just coming to tell you guys something but then I see you two cuddling. If I'm not mistaken you guys are each other's exes" Wonwoo glared at him.
"What were you gonna tell us?" Wonwoo rubbed his eyes.
"Remember when you went to Las Vegas?" They both nodded. "And you guys were so drunk you got 'fake' married" Seungcheol laughed.
"Yes?" Mingyu said still half asleep.
"Well turns out those weddings aren't fake and you guys are actually married"
"WHAT!?" They both yelled.
"Yeah... pretty funny huh?" Seungcheol chuckled.
"That's not funny!" Wonwoo yelled at him.
"W-we can get a divorce?" Mingyu said and Seungcheol laughed.
"A very public one" Seungcheol teased and they both glared at him, but they knew he was right. It would be terribly hard to hide something like this.
"This is a joke right?" Wonwoo asked and Seungcheol shook his head.
"You might wanna talk to your manager about that" he clicked his tongue and walked out of the room to go hangout with Jun and Minghao.

Mingyu ran his hand through his hair and sighed.
"We could stay... married" Wonwoo suggested.
"And if you want to move on?"
"I mean we live in the same house. It's not like I'm going anywhere"
"You said you wanted to take things slow and now we're married"
"Correction, we've always been married. We just didn't know" Wonwoo said and Mingyu chuckled. "At least I didn't accidentally change my last name. That would've been a disaster"
"Kim Wonwoo" Mingyu said and Wonwoo blushed. "Doesn't sound too bad"
"Yeah um... who said I was the one who had to change my last name" He retorted.
"Mingyu... I have to tell you something" mingyu gave him a look that said 'continue'. Wonwoo sharply inhaled before saying it. "I'm sick again" Mingyu's eyes softened.

Wonwoo's sickness wasn't the kind that hurt your body. It hurts your mind. He was sad when he was sick. Mingyu used to look after him but then he became too busy. He feels his mind starting to beat itself up.
"Do you want me to call your old therapist?" Mingyu asked and Wonwoo slipped out a small 'yes' . Mingyu pulled Wonwoo into a tight hug.
"Anything you need or want. I'm here" Wonwoo nodded into Mingyus chest.

We're not perfect. And that's what I love about us

Wonwoo woke up to someone shaking him. He opened his eyes and saw Sana.
"Finally" she said and sat down on the bed. "What is up with you? Ignoring my texts and calls. You're boring"
"I've been trying to figure things out"
"Without me? Your best friend"
"Yes?" Wonwoo said sheepishly and Sana groaned.
"So..." she got up to close the door so no one could hear them. "How's the mingyu situation going?" Wonwoo's eyes widened and he ran to close the closet door.
"Shhh. That door connects our room"
"Yeah but there's a huge walk in closet in between" she said. "Tell me"
"It's been... fine. I don't know what I want though..."
"You want him" she poked his shoulder. "You love him"
"Loved" Wonwoo corrected. "I don't even know if I'm ready for a relationship"
"You, Jeon Wonwoo are definitely ready!"
"How would you know that?"
"Well you live here. That's a start. Everything about you screams straight forward. You don't like playing games but you do like playing hard to get. Which is annoying by the way"
"Shut up"
"So right now you're playing hard to get" Sana explained.
"I have a therapy appointment today maybe I'll talk to them" Sana nodded. She hugged him.
"If you need to talk I'm here. Never let anyone hurt you"
"I won't" He said. "Sana... one more thing" she looked at him signalling for him to continue. "I may have gotten accidentally married to Mingyu when I was like 19"
Sana's eyes widened and a devilish grin spread across her face.
"Tell me more" she said smirking.
"That's it..."
"Tell me how you feel about it"
"Well... truth be told I don't know how I feel. But I can't get divorced because... his fans will find out"
"You two don't even need to date your already tied to each other" she booped him on the nose and Wonwoo glared at her.
"This is perfect! You two can start dating again since you're married"
"Again Sana.. not ready yet"
"You are ruining my ship"
"Excuse me!" Sana giggled.
"This is the perfect time for you to get back with him and fix what's been broken"
"I don't think that's how it works"
"Still" she stood up. "I'll be back sometime this week when I'm bored" Wonwoo looked at her with an unimpressed face before watching her leave and fall back onto his bed. He was going to have a long talk with his therapist.
