Jin opens his eyes and saw his sister's picture flashing on the phone's screen. It's already the afternoon.
>Jisoo: I'm at the door open up idiot.
"Wait! I'm coming!" Jin puts on his shirt hurriedly as he hastily slid to open the door with his hair still messy. Jin opened the door and finally saw his sister in front of him.
Jisoo couldn't believe her eyes, Jin stood there with his eyes wide open. Jin didn't look like the same spoiled brother that she had known back home.
He looked frail and his eyes had dark circles forming from lack of sleep.
His breathe even had the smell of booze making her gag.
" Have you been drinking?!" Jisoo fanned the smell off her face. "Look at you! You look like you haven't eaten a single thing in a week! I--"
Jisoo stopped scolding Jin who was dead silent. He was looking at her with his lips slightly parted.
Jin hasn't said anything since she came. Jin's eyes had tears on it just by looking at her but Jisoo didn't notice it.
Jin hugged her without a word. Jisoo stopped talking and hugged him back.
Soon, they both sat on the dining table.
"So, this is where he lived?" Jisoo asked her brother.
" Yes, he *sigh* was an oceanographer."
" Oh, so the other part I saw outside was his-"
"His lab, yeah." Jin looked down on his cup with sadness in his eyes. After living in the house for so long he finally knows every nook.
Jisoo looked at him with sympathy. She held her brother's hand comforting him.
