A few days later and your brothers fiancée texted you and asked you to come to an address you brought shiro and Kyoya of course and you all went and when you got there your friends and family were there
"Mom didn't come she said the child shouldn't exist and you should be with Akito."
"I'm glad she's not here we would have left if she was." You say and your brother chuckles
"Same honestly she's not even a mother to be honest your dad is more of a dad to me then my own dad oh and he's here."
"Of course he is he's the only parent who truly cares for us in his own special way."
Your dad tried his best to make all the kids feel like they can trust him which they can especially your half siblings which you have lots of those
"Also all of our siblings are here yeah my fiancée kinda goes all out with party's she loves planning so she was super excited when she heard she gets to throw this one."
"If I ever want a party planner I'll ask her everything looks awesome."
The party was fun and everyone wanted to get to know shiro who was super shy but she was happy to help you open gifts you got
"Shiro wanna help mommy open the gifts." Kyoya asks and shiro nods happy as Kyoya handed her the gifts as she sat on your lap and opened them
Everyone thought shiro was the most adorable child ever
Shiro would always hand you the gift after she opened it and you would give it to Kyoya sometimes the gift wasn't wrapped and it was a basket full of stuff you and Kyoya will definitely need and some were baskets full of baby clothes
"So Kyoya how long have you and y/n wen together." Your brother asks and Kyoya didn't know what to say
"Like 5 to 3 years I believe it was 5 but really around y/n I lose track of time has it really been 5? It's felt like 3." Kyoya says looking over at you who was helping shiro eat cake
"Shiro would you like some juice?" Your brothers fiancée asks and shiro nods
"Yes please miss I would love juice!" Shiro says and all the lady's awe at shiro and started saying stuff like how could anyone leave this little angel alone which you don't even understand that yourself

After the baby shower was over you and Kyoya went home and you didn't say it at the shower but half way through you just wanted it over with because of how much your feet hurt and your back hurt as well but you pushed through it
And now you and Kyoya were putting the gifts you all got away in the nursery with Shiros help
"What's this do?" Shiro asks holding a breast pump and Kyoya laughs
"That's for mommy to put milk in a bottle."
"How?"
"How about once your brother is born I'll show you how I don't really know how to explain it."
"Ok mommy!"
