That night Izuku had returned to the bar, though there was blood stains on his hoodie and mask. And before anyone could ask, he was up the stairs and in his room before anyone could say "hey".

Izuku shut his bedroom door behind him, -almost slamming it- standing there for longer than he should, staring at the floorboards. He moved to sit on the edge of his bed, not removing his eyes from the dark floor.

Little moonlight seeped through the curtain covered windows, casting small shadows around the room. Dust was able to be seen through moon's glare, floating about the room.

Izuku dug into the pocket of his blood stained hoodie, removing a picture. The picture was worn out, tears in paper, and a missing piece in the corner. The picture was of two women, and two boys, the color was faded, so you couldn't tell their hair color, and it was hard to get a good look at their features.

Izuku stood, walking over to the other side of the room, where a chair and small old desk, was located. He pulled the hoodie over his head, draping it over the back of the chair. Before pulling the mask off and placing it on the desk. He grabbed the picture, pinning it to the wall, with many more pictures. Many faces were crossed out in red pin, and some scratched out.

Green eyes trailed to a picture of a male, the picture faded, but you were able to see he had green hair, though it wasn't very visible. He glared, his fists clenching, as he continued to look at the photo, before a knocking on his door snapped him back to reality. He looked to the door, not saying anything, as he waited for the person on the other side to speak.

"Izuku." It was Kurogiri. "Let me in."

Izuku knew he could warp in, but Kurogiri wasn't one to do such, unless needed. Izuku took his time as he made his way to his door, and opened it. Kurogiri stood in the hall, looking at Izuku, Izuku's mask-less face was blank, as he moved, letting Kurogiri in.

The mist covered male moved to stand in front of the picture covered wall, as Izuku shut the door.

"Was it him?" Izuku shook his head, knowing who he was talking about. He grabbed a red pin from his nightstand, before joining Kurogiri, and crossing out a male with brown hair, wearing a black school uniform.

"I see."

Izuku sat shirtless on his bed, running a hand along the scars, located on his arms. He sighed, slipping on a black long sleeved shirt.

He pushed himself farther up the bed, before lying down. He stared at the ceiling, thoughts and memories beginning to resurface.

A young ten year old Izuku, peeked around the corner, watching as his mother and father talked. Hoping his father doesn't catch him, not wanting to get another beating.

"Are...are you sure? He's only ten...he can't survive alone out there..." His mother spoke with watery eyes, Izuku stared at her, as if he was surprised to see her care about him.

"Inko." His father spoke in a stern tone, causing Izuku and Inko to flinch. "He's only in the way. He's quirkless. Useless. He's only a bother." Izuku felt tears began to form, listening to his father's words. Of course he was used to them, but they still always hurt, he was only ten.

Izuku thought it was best he returned to his room, not wanting to get caught, but as he turned, and began to walk, it only made sense with his bad luck, he tripped, falling with a loud thud. This drew the attention of his parents.

The boy began to shake as his father appeared around the corner. He slowly looked up, as he began to stand, only making it to his knees before he was yanked by his bicep.

"You little rat! Eavesdropping?! How dare you! I thought I told you to remain in your room!" His father yelled, beginning to drag him, his mother following quietly and hesitantly.

Izuku's eyes widened, "no! Wait please! I'm sorry! No!" Izuku screamed as he held back the tears, as he was thrown harshly to the floor of his room.

He looked up as his father towered over him, he shook with fear, his eyes wide in panic. "Hisashi wai--" Inko was caught off as Hisashi shut the door in her face.

The only light illuminating the room, was the light from the setting sun, seeping through the thin curtains of the room. This just seemed to make the situation worse, as Izuku kneeled on the floor, frozen in fear.

"Guess you still haven't learned. Oh well..." His father spoke venomously, drawing closer.

"N-no please...!"
