You're laying on your bed when a very familiar sound fills your room.
Ding!
Your phone goes off beside you. You reach for it over on Jax's side of the bed. As you pick it up you see a text flash across the screen. A smile forms across your face as you read begin to read it.

Hi Jax :) how's the run??
Going well. We arrived in Oakland earlier this afternoon. We got a meeting with the Oakland charter in the morning, clear up a few loose ends and then we should be home by Wednesday.

You sure you can't come home sooner?

Just hanging around the fire with beer.
