[Gakuen Babysitters] Kashima Ryuuichi x Reader

"I'm sorry for asking you to come over at short notice, (Last Name)." Ryuuichi utters apologetically as you and him walks down the empty hallway toward the daycare center as he carries his little brother, Kotarou in his arms. "Usaida-san said he will be leaving early today and Kamitani is out practicing."

"It's fine really," You waved it off with a smile across your lips. "I love to help out and I wanted to visit the kids today anyway."

You notice Kotarou watching you intently and you couldn't help but question the toddler. "What is wrong, Kotarou-chan?" The light green-haired child shook his head before extending his small hands towards you, surprising Ryuichi slightly but was immediately replaced by a warm smile.

"Nee-chan." Kotarou open and closes his small hands, reaching out for you to carry him which you giggled, and agreed without hesitation which the toddler cuddle closely to your chest.

"Kotarou seems to like you a lot, (Last Name)." Ryuuichi comments, his gentle gaze was enough to make your cheeks to heat up. "Even the kids at the daycare."

"I'm happy to hear that." You answered back, smiling, and it wasn't long the three of you finally arrived at daycare. Ryuuichi open the sliding door for you, which you mouthed your appreciation, and step inside with him following afterwards.

"Oneechama!" And you are immediately greeted by the toodlers in the room. Taka, Kirin, Takuma, and Kazuma instantly ran and surrounded you gleefully.

"Sorry for asking you to come here even though you're busy, (Nickname)-chan." Usaida approaches you, carrying Midori in his arms. You smile at the pink-haired adult before crouching down to set Kotarou on the floor who now joins the rest of the kids.

"It's no problem at all, Usaida-san." You said as you regain your composure.

"Well, since that you're here." Usaida intrust Midori to you and the child utters happily as you carry her in your arms. "I better head on out."

"I'll be seeing you tomorrow, Ryu-chan, (Nickname)-chan." Usaida waves his hand and walks out of the daycare.

"Take care, Usaida-san." You and Ryuuichi said at the same time.

Ryuuichi looks down at Kotarou who's now holding a book in his small hands. "Want me to read the book, Kotarou?" Earning an eager nod from the toddler.

"I wanna hear!" Takuma said happily, followed by Kazuma who's right behind him. "Me, too!"

"Wait for me!" Taka said as he ran to where the rest of the boys are.

You couldn't help but smile at the sight, feeling a tug on your knee-length sock, you look down in meeting Kirin pointing towards Ryuuichi. "Oneechama, let's go to Ryu-niichama." She says and you look at Ryuuichi, meeting his gaze to which he smiles, and gesture for you to approach.

Heat rush up to your cheeks and shyly smile back at the brunet. You look down at Kirin who's waiting for you, and gave her a nod before going towards the others together and joining them in their reading session.
