Chapter 2

KAYLEE GONZALES' POV

"I'm on my way Alys. Make sure that they'll arrive on time. Ayoko ng pinaghihintay ako. Are we clear?"

"Yes Ms. Kaye" then I ended up the call. Papunta na ko ng MKG Corporation gamit ang R3. My brother used his car kase ihahatid niya si Zay sa school kaya hindi ko na hiniram. Wala pa kong sariling kotse dito sa Pilipinas kaya ito muna ang ginamit ko.

I parked my motorcycle then I step in to the office.

"Goodmorning Ms. Kaye. Welcome to MKG Corporation" bati sakin ni Alys.

"Goodmorning Ms. Kaye." the other workers and staffs greeted me in unison. I smiled and greeted them back.

I walk graciously wearing my red fitted off shoulder long sleeves and black highwaist slacks. Red is my color. It's a positive color and it draws attention to itself. Katulad na lang ng nangyayari ngayon, all paired eyes are staring at me. I'm totally stunning and attractive and I can't blame them if they're drooling over me. That's how the confidence really works honey.

"Grabe ang ganda ni Ms. Kaye"

"At hindi lang siya maganda,matalino pa."

"Ang swerte siguro ng magiging boyfriend ni Ma'am" yan ang ilan sa mga naririnig ko mula sa kanila. Tumigil ako sa paglalakad at humarap sa kanila.

"It's my first day here in this company and I want all of you to know me more. and vise versa. So I've decided to have a welcome meeting" humarap naman ako kay Alys.

"Make a powerpoint presentation about me and present it to me before the meeting. But first, resched all my meetings today . If someone kick up a fuss, just tell me right away" I commanded

I'm signing some papers when someone knock on the door. I ordered that person to come in.

"Excuse me Ms. Kaye. Here's the powerpoint presentation." she hand over me the flash drive and I check it through my laptop.

"It's awfully satisfying" pamumuri ko sa sekretarya ko. Ako na lang siguro magdadagdag ng ibang info tutal naman ako ang mas nakakakilala sa sarili ko.

"Btw, how's the schedule of my meetings? Did they all agreed?"

"Yes Ma'am. Except for Mr. Olivio at pinapasabi niya po na..." nakita ko naman ang pagdadalawang isip sa mukha ni Alys.

"Spill it"

"He said that he can't just resched all his meetings just for you Ma'am. Hindi daw po kayo VIP para gawin niya yon. And he also said that you're irresponsible to your schedule and an unprofessional business woman" my right eyebrow just blast off.

I stood up at naglakad ako papunta sa conference room kung saan gaganapin ang welcome meeting. Sinundan naman ako ni Alys.

"Ano pong sasabihin ko sa kanya Ms. Kaye?" pagtatanong niya.

"I will have a grip to that man so let me handle him." I answered briefly. Pagpasok ko ay nandon na lahat ng staffs and workers ng kumpanya. Umupo ako sa gitnang upuan sa likuran at inumpisahan na si Brent, ang COO ng kumpanya ang pagp-present.

Pinipilit kong alisin sa isip ko lahat ng sinabi ng mokong na yon. How dare him to judge me like that?! Is this just because of that moronic meeting?! Hindi niya alam ang pinagdaanan ko kaya wag niya kong mamaliitin. Totoo nga talaga yung like father like son na kasabihan. Let's see kung sino yung sinasabi niyang iresponsable at unprofessional business woman.
