You mean you're a devil too?? [Demiurge x Fem!Reader]

Chapter 1

What a tiring day...
(Y/N) looked at herself in the reflection of the window next to her. She had huge dark circles under her eyes, she felt like she had run a marathon for three days in a row.
The girl was a comic book author, she weren't very famous but had an enough supportive community to live by herself.
But truly... The consultations with the editors were the worst... You had to worked non-stop during months on your new one shot because of the very short deadline, and even having finished it on time it still weren't good enough for them...
You left the building, feeling a way too bad and tired too rest there one more minute.

You looked at the watch on your wrist, you deduce that you had just miss your bus and sighed.
"... I wonder if they are well..." you whispered to yourself.
You missed your high school friends, you had the habits to play a Dongeon and dragon like together in the empty classes after class. You occasionally liked to remember these days, it was only happiness.
Your campaign had a somewhat special concept. Your characters were yourselves but in a fantasy word, so they had the same personality, and yours physique were very alike of the reality (except for Lui and Frank because they were respectively a lizard man and a fish man).
You remembered being really proud of your character when you created it. You took an old species of devil and you were an alchemist. It has been a while since you played her.

You crossed the road being in your thoughts, you didn't even realise the imposing bus on your left. The horn of the vehicle got you out of your thoughts, your heart stopped, you couldn't move, the huge bus was right next to you. The fog lights dazzled you as you took with all the strength you  had left a step back...

Everything went to absolute white to a scary absolute black.

But no pain. Only fear.

After feeling absolutely nothing, you felt your body being dizzy, you could barely moved your fingers...
Your eyes still refused to open. Your ears seems like either not being ready to cooperate.
But at least you could feel your tail was touching something like sand...
???!??!??!
YOUR WHAT???
Your tired eyes opened in panic and looked at the new addition.
"Okay I see haha! No problem, I'm probably in shook after the incident, and the fact that I'm deadly tired don't fix anything."
...
You waited two long minutes and re-opened your eyes. "Well well well..." your tail was still there, you felt more concensious, and yes you were in a sandy landscape.
With difficulties you straightened up on your elbows for having a better view of your environment, only to see more sand and some sand dunes.
Maybe that was what some call heaven or hell ?
"... Actually hell was in that building " you say to yourself, still anxious about it.
Maybe you were in one of those scenario where the character live a lot of adventures and suddenly wake up from coma... Oh please... Not this cliché stuff...
At least you knew one thing, you needed to move, and quickly because the air was dry as hell and you started to feel the urge to drink something. You were certain that at least, that wasn't a dream, the sensations you felt were a way too real for that.
You started walking hardly against the sand and the wind in the direction in front of you, in hope to find some town or city.
