Chapter 16: A Little Angry

Hungary was such a beautiful country. As usual, Jacqie tried to find some information about the place where she'd never visited before, as many as she could. She browsed about Budapest, some nice places there, foods, hotels, and of course, Hungaroring.

On the previous race, the German GP, Seb started from pole, but he only finished on third place behind Ferrari duo. Some people said that the race was quite controversial because of team order in the Red team. Regarding his race result itself, Jacqie was so proud even though he still failed to win on his home race.

On the 30th of July, Jacqie had a flight from Jakarta to Budapest. She went there only with Vania, as Elisa wanted to stay at their parents' house while she was in Hungary. After they went into the plane, they kept their suitcases and sat on their chairs, and then they had some chats.

"Jacqie, do you know where Hungaroring is?" Vania asked Jacqie curiously.

"Hungaroring is in Mogyoród."

"Where's Mogyoród? Is that close to Budapest?"

"It's about 18 kilometers from Budapest, according to the information that I found on Google."

Vania nodded. "Oh, I see. I'm so excited to go there!"

"Me too, Vania," Jacqie agreed with her.

They had a flight for about 16 hours to Budapest by plane, and they had to continue their trip to Mogyoród by train for 30 minutes. They arrived at about 8 in the evening, local time. They stayed at the same hotel as Seb and his team. After Jacqie arrived at their room, she texted a message to inform him that they had arrived at the hotel.

Jacqie

Hi, Seb! I have arrived in Hungary. Now I'm at the hotel, room 512 :)

Then, she put her phone on the table and went to the bathroom, while Vania took some of her clothes from her suitcase and hung them in the closet. After she took a bath, she checked on her phone and there was a reply from Seb.

Seb

Hi, Schatz! Glad that you had a safe flight. I'll meet you at your room later, as I'm still at the circuit now. I need to prepare for my car's set-up. Please wait for me :)

When Jacqie was reading the message from him, Vania held her shoulder. "Is that from Seb?"

"Yes. He said that he's still at the circuit, but he will come here later."

"Okay! Let's wait for him, I'm sure that he's gonna tell us about the practice sessions today."

"I guess so."

At about 10, Seb arrived at their room. He was still wearing his team's t-shirt and bringing his backpack. He came into the room and after Jacqie closed and locked the door, he gave her a quick kiss. Then, they sat together on the couch, while Vania was on the bed.

"How are you, Schatz?" Seb started the conversation.

"I'm very good, thanks. What about you?"

Seb smiled and then said, "I'm fine. What about you Vania?"

"About a week ago I got flu, but I feel better now." Vania had been ill some days ago. But thankfully, she was getting better before they went to Hungary.

Seb nodded. "Glad to hear that."

"So, what about the practice sessions today?" Jacqie asked.

"I had very good results. I was the fastest on both practices."
