"go on," i say.

"okay hear me out," mattia says, "we set a trap."
"a trap?" kairi asks, laughing.
"i guess it could be a good idea," i add, "but what kind of trap?"
"like scary movie type shit," mattia says, "walk alone, make sure they're following you, and we'll catch their crusty ass."
alvaro yawns, "that sounds like a lot of work."
"oh shut up alvaro," ale says, "this could actually work."
"nah he's right," i point out, "i can't do this tonight, but can i stay at your house talie? i seriously don't want to go home."
she sighs, "cant, i'm sorry, no one has been allowed to come over since i got drunk at kenzie's party. my parents are still pissed."
"you can stay here," kairi interrupts, "if you want i mean."

i knew mattia was already on thin ice with his parents and he wouldn't be able to sneak me in. this was my best option.

"yeah," i smile, "thank you kai."

mattia plasters a disapproving look on his face. he couldn't say anything though because technically, we weren't dating. but i wouldn't do anything with kairi, i didn't think of him in that way. or at least i thought.

"okay well i gotta get home," natalie says, kissing ale on the cheek, "see you guys tomorrow!"
"yeah i gotta bounce too, my math teacher is on my ass," alvaro says.

and soon enough, everyone is gone.

-

i walk back into kairi's bedroom and plop on his bed.
"what did your parents say?"
"they said it's fine, but i told them i was staying at talie's. good thing i figured out how to turn off my life360."
"sounds good," kairi says, "i'll sleep on the floor tonight."
"you can sleep in the bed," i reply.
he looks up and smirks.
"don't get any ideas," i say, turning on the shower, "are you sure your parents are cool with me staying here?"
"yeah, i told them your parents were fighting and you didn't have anywhere to stay so act sad," he jokes.
"nice one kai," i giggle, shutting the door.

after i'm done with my shower i walk back into his bedroom and he tosses me one of his shirts.
"you sure this will fit me?" i ask laughing.
"oh shut up, you're short too."
"whatever you say olaf," i call back.
as i'm taking off my shirt, kairi opens the door to the bathroom.
"kairi!" i yell, covering my chest with a towel, "i'm changing!"
"damn ma chill, it's not like i haven't seen titties before. you got nice ones though," he says, looking me up and down as he grabs his toothbrush.
"you're so annoying," i sigh, continuing to change, "can you at least turn around?"
"whatever you want princess," he smiles sarcastically.
"so how was that history test you were complaining about a few days ago?" i ask, trying to change the subject.
"don't bring it up," he sighs, "it's tomorrow."
"why aren't you studying?" i ask, picking my clothes up off the floor.
"i don't know, i keep losing interest for school. i just wanna focus on soccer right now."
"you still need to keep up good grades for soccer."
"okay mom," he teases.
"i'm serious!" i say, "i'll help you study!"
"i don't want toooo," he pouts.
"this is what friends are for. where are your notes?"
"fine. check my backpack next to my dresser, it should be in the black folder."

i search through his backpack, finally finding the black folder. when i open it, a single sheet of paper falls out with a few bullet points written on it.

"kai is this all you wrote?"
"i was tiredd," he complains, sitting on his bed.
"fine i'll quiz you from the book, let's see what you remember," i say giggling.

a few minutes of wrong answers go by, and i'm already running out of patience.

"what were you doing the whole class?" i ask, putting the book down.
"i just don't want to study right now," he says.
suddenly a huge smile comes across his face, "i have an idea."
"what's with the ideas tonight?" i say, putting my head down, "but continue."
"let's play a game. i get it wrong, i take off something i'm wearing. i get it right, you take off something you're wearing."
"i feel like i'm in a cheesy rom com right now," i say laughing.
"so is that a yes?"
"will you actually try?" i question.
"yes! do we have a deal?"
"fine, if you're seriously going to study," i say. "okay let's do this again. who led the army of the colonies in the american revolution?"
"easy, george washington bitch."
i take off my socks, "congrats."
"okay now i'm making it harder, what 2 city states fought in the peloponnesian war?"
kairi laughs while taking off his shirt, "you really expect me to know this?"
"athens and sparta..bitch," i say mocking him.
"what were the 2 kinds of drama the Greeks wrote about?"
he puts his head down for a second before smiling, "tragedy and comedy. now strip."

i give him a dirty look as i take off my shirt. he stares at me in awe.

"take a picture it'll last longer," i say, moving my hand in front of his face.
"what did Socrates believe?"
"that absolute standards did exist for truth and justice," he says, leaning back against the headboard of his bed.
"i hate you," i say, slowly taking off my shorts.
"damn," he grins, "nice ass."
"what was Plato's most famous work?"
"The Republic," he says, clicking his tongue.
"oh fuck you, you knew this would happen the whole time, didn't you?"
"did you or did you not agree to the game?"
"i did," i complain, taking off my bra.
"shittt," he says.
"don't act like you didn't just see these in the bathroom 5 minutes ago."
"yeah well now they're right in front of me," he says, not looking away.
"anyways, who was the son of King Philip II of Macedonia?"
"Aristotle?" kairi asks.
"wrong." i say, "your turn."
he pulls down his pants, and i easily notice how hard he is through his boxers.
"oh," i say.
"is something wrong?" he questions, clearly amused.
"you-" i try to point out.
"yeah i know, don't get ahead of yourself i can't control it."

honestly, the fact that kairi got hard over me got me so turned on. but i couldn't do that to mattia. especially since i turned him down when he wanted to take my virginity. and now i would be letting his friend take it after one night? bullshit.

"you okay?" kai asks.
