I woke up to the sound of Jude Demorest's voice blaring loudly from my phone.

I arose from my sleeping position, and started to smile and look out my window to see the shining and bright sun, because I always do that in the mornings.

I have yet another day to cherish and remember

I picked up my phone to stop Jude before checking my notifications to see if I got anything from Instagram and Snapchat.

When I didn't see anything out of the unusal, I hit the home button in the middle of my iPhone X, and saw a picture of me, Maxine, and Maya in Los Angeles last year for Maxine's birthday as my wallpaper.

I chuckled and smiled at the funny but weird thought of us taking a million photos with random guys back in L.A.

When I stopped laughing and reminiscing and looked at the date, my mouth went agape and my phone quickly slipped out of my hand because of the amount of shock.

Realization slowly crept into my mind and I screamed when I looked at the time,

7:30 A.M.

The only thing that was on my mind was...

School.

Is.

Finally.

And I might be late on the first day

Yeah, yeah, most people might say and think...

"Why aren't you happy?"

"You get to see old friends and meet new ones!"

"You get to see your favorite teachers!"

But to me, that shit doesn't mean a thing. Like I said, this school year will be very interesting thanks to Maya with a little help of Maxine as well.

But that doesn't mean I'll be 100% happy with all of this.

Plus I still might see Romeo there and we haven't talked ever since our interaction at Kroger's.

I snarled angrily

I stopped talking to myself, because I knew my facial expressions would be crazy if I were to look in a mirror.

I quickly got up and took a quick shower because school starts at 8:45.

I picked out denim faded jeans and a white short sleeved shirt that had "Queen 4 Ever" with a crown over the 'Q' in black italic letters. Then I placed my black and white vans outside the bathroom door.

After I got out the shower and started to get dress, I sprayed a little bit of perfume on, that Maya bought me from Rihanna's perfume line for our friendaversary last year.

I bought her some black and purple Pumas with Selena Gomez's autograph on them, and she absolutely loved them because she's a huge Selenator.

She's been one since she was 7, and she has all of her songs memorized. Especially 'Sober', that's her favorite song, and she can't get enough of it.
