Damon and Stefan are standing in the living room as Damon is drinking a glass of bourbon and Ryan walks in the living room and Damon and Stefan look to their Nephew in shock "Ryan?" the Salvatore Brothers in shock. Ryan smirks "Hello Uncles, it's been a long time" Damon asks "What are you doing here?" Ryan says "Why does everybody ask me that? My Family live here and I'm just visiting" Stefan smiles as Damon frowns and Ryan asks "That's okay isnt it?" Stefan says "Of course it is Ryan" and Ryan smirks.

Alex is laying in bed with Cyrus on top of her and they are having sex as Cyrus is thrusting deeply inside Alex. Alex moans in pleasure and Alex digs her nails and scratches Cyrus' back. Cyrus stops thrusting as they both pant heavily and Cyrus presses his forehead against Alex's forehead and he says "That was amazing" and Alex laughs and says "You're welcome" and Cyrus chuckles as he kisses her forehead. Cyrus rolls off of Alex and gets out of bed and Alex stands up as she wraps a sheet around her. Cyrus says "When are you gonna tell Ryan the truth about his Father?" Alex looks back to Cyrus and says "Never, as far as Ry knows his Father was a Soldier who tragically died in battle" Cyrus says "You shouldn't keep the truth from him Beautful" and Alex shakes her head and says "What am I supposed to tell him hm? That his Father was a Vampire who left me for another woman" and Alex shakes her head and says "No, the truth stays buried" and Alex says "Okay if that's what you want to do, I'll support that" and Alex smiles at Cyrus and says "Love you" and Cyrus says "Love you".

Lilly walks into the bathroom and takes a pregnancy test box from her school bag and she looks at the box and deeply sighs. Lilly takes out the pregnancy test and she mutters "Here goes" and Lilly pulls down her pants and sits down on the toilet and urinated. After a moment she fixes herself as she sets the pregnancy test down on the bathroom shelf and flushes the toilet and washes her hands and as she dries her hands she paces up and down anxiously and she looks down at the used pregnancy test to see the test result to be positive and Lilly gasps as she places her hand over her mouth in shock.

Later that night Alex walks inside the house to see Stefan approaching her "Lex Elena's here. For the dinner" and Alex groans "That was tonight?" Stefan nods and he wraps his arm around her shoulder and they begin walking to the kitchen and says "Ah c'mon you promised and be nice". The Salvatore Siblings walk into the kitchen to see Elena cooking and Elena smiles "Oh Hey Alex" and Alex rolls her eyes and says "Hi" and Stefan says "Um I just remembered I gotta take care of this thing" and Alex and Elena both look to Stefan and Alex asks "What thing?" Stefan says "i wont be long, I'll be 15 minutes tops" and Stefan winks at Elena as he walks out of the kitchen. Elena says "So how have you" Alex cuts her off by saying "Let's cut the shit, I'm only here for Stefan" and Elena says "Look I know you dont really like me, but you're important to Stefan he adores you and I just want us to get along" and Alex looks Elena up and down in distaste "My Brother likes you, why I'll never know. I mean he can do a million times better but you hear me clear Elena if you hurt Stefan or mistreat him in anyway or you cause him heartache I will come after you and I wont stop until you wish you were dead" Elena says "Woah you're really protective" and Alex says "Fiercely you were warned" and Elena turns around to face Alex and shouts "Who do you think you are?! I'm not scared of you! You're younger than me! You should have respect for me!" Alex smirks as she grabs a fistful of Elena's hair and slams Elena's face down on the kitchen counter and says "I'm Alex Fells and believe me you should fear me! And respect is earned, I will never like you let me be real clear we will never be friends!" and Alex yanks Elena's head back and let's her tight grip on Elena go and Alex picks up a cooking knife and says "Oh and I think it's best if you dont mention this conversation to Stef...now back to dinner" and Elena looks to Alex as if shes crazy and Elena says as Alex is chopping up vegetables "You're a psycho. You're crazy!" Alex smiles and says "Thank you, it's a Family gene".
