Lilly is sitting outside The Salvatore Boarding House staring in a trance as she wipes her tears away when Damon walks outside and acknowledges his only niece and he says "Shouldnt you be at School? Your Mom would kick your ass if she found you bunking off" Lilly says "She's gonna kick my ass anyway" and Lilly stands up and Damon looks at Lilly and says "You've been crying, who's upset you?" Lilly shakes her head and says "Its my own fault" Damon puts his hand on her shoulder and softly says "Hey what's going on? You can tell me" Lilly looks at Damon and she says "You know that I'm dating Tyler?" Damon nods and says "Yeah, he's not hurt you has he?" Lilly looks down and says "I'm pregnant" Damon's face is filled with shock "Pregnant? You sure?" Lilly nods and says "I took a test last night its positive" and Damon says "Look Sweetheart, I know you're scared but you have to tell Alex and Cyrus" Lilly shakes her head "I cant" and Lilly runs off and Damon looks on as he gets a flashback.

Alexandra is in her bedroom sitting at the her dressing table as theres a knock on her closed bedroom door and Alexandra looks at the door and says "Come in" and Damon opens the door and looks at Alexandra and says "Can we talk for a moment Dear Sister?" Alexandra nods and Damon walks into the large bedroom and closes the door behind him and approaches her and sits on the bed facing Alexandra. Damon says "Stefan and me have not seen you for days. Why have you remained in your bedroom for three days?" Alexandra avoids Damon's gaze and says "That does not matter Damon" Damon smiles softly at her and says "Alexandra, look at me". Alexandra turns her head and turns her head and looks at Damon and Damon says "What is wrong with you? And before you lie to me, remember I know you well. You have not left your bedroom and you have not being eating properly. Now tell me what's happened to cause you to act this way" and Alexandra shakes her head with her eyes filled with tears and says "No, I cannot tell you. You will judge me" Damon grasps hold of Alexandra's hand and he he says "I could never judge you Twinkle, now tell me" Alexandra deeply exhales and says "I am with child" and Damon's eyes widen and he has anger across his face. Damon asks "Is it Mikaelsons?" Alexandra nods and says "Of course, I am not a Whore Damon" Damon palms his face and Alexandra says "You are angry" and Damon softly looks at Alexandra and says "No Sweet Sister, I am not mad with you, I am angry with him. He has taken advantage of you" Alexandra shakes her head "No, we are in love. Please do not be mad" Damon kisses Alexandra's hand and Damon asks "Whom else knows?" Alexandra says "Only you" and Damon says "It is going to be okay, I will be there for you every step of the way" and Alexandra wipes away her tears. Alexandra says "Father will be furious, especially because I am having a child out of wedlock" and Damon says "I will handle Father" Alexandra nods and Damon's blue eyes travel over to Alexandra's forearm which has formed a dark bruise. Damon's eyes darken and he asks "What happened to your arm?" Alexandra stands up and shakes her head and says "It is nothing" Damon stands up and asks "Was it Father?" Alexandra looks to Damon and Damon steps closer to his vulnerable younger Sister and he asks "Alexandra has Father been hurting you?" Alexandra nods and she begins to cry and Damon pulls her in for a hug and Damon says "He will not hurt you again, I promise you. Nobody hurts you Twinkle" and Damon rubs her back. END OF FLASHBACK Damon looks in a trance and he breaks out of his trance and he walks back inside.

Alex is sitting in her office at the brothel when Ryan walks in the office and says "I've gotta say Mom I'm impressed" Alex looks at her only biological child and asks "for?" Ryan says "The Whores you got out there. There pretty hot" and Alex smirks and Ryan says "I got someone I want you to meet" Alex asks "Who is it?" Ryan says "My Fiance" and Alex's eyes widen and she asks "Fiance? This Fiance have a name?" Ryan chuckles "Kelly Adam's, shes really nice" and Alex stands up and says "Does she know what we are?" Ryan nods and says "I told her" and Alex asks "and shes fine that her Husband to be eats people?'' Ryan grins and laughs and says "Shes fine with it, but I want you to meet her." Alex says "Bring her over to the house tomorrow" and Ryan nods and Ryan says "Oh and when you meet her be nice to her" and Alex stands up and says "Whst do you mean? I am nice" Ryan arches his eyebrow up and she says "I could be if I wanted to be. I tell you what when I meet her and I get a iffy feeling about her I'll make my feelings known but if i think shes good for you I'll be on my best behaviour" and Ryan smirks and says "I wouldnt expect anything else" and Alex smirks.
