This story is mainly world building. The world is split into shifters, non-shifters, and shiftless. The shifters are rare, they are people from pure blood lines who can still shift into their animals. Non-shifters take up the majority of the population. They are people who have animal instincts, but can't shift. The shiftless are people with blood so diluted, they no longer have any animal blood in them. They are basically humans and are looked down upon as weak and worthless.
Jungkook is a shiftless and his partner is the Kim Taehyung, part of the pureblood tiger shifters.
