20. Meet Me In The Hallway

Niall his answer wasn't answered by Louis. He just stared at Niall for a bit. He didn't like what he just did.
Harry saw Louis his mood change. "Niall, do a serious question now. Come on," he says.
Niall looks at Harry offended. He signs 'I am'.
"Niall." He gives him a warning look.
"Its whatever," Louis says. "I can't even answer." 
It just got so awkward. No one says a word. 
Louis breaks the tension. "Liam, truth or dare?"
"Truth."
"Do you like anyone."
"Nope."
Louis nods and looks at the floor feeling uncomfortable still. He really wasn't okay with Niall right now.

"Harry, truth or dare?" Liam asks.
"Dare."
"I dare you to go and talk with Louis alone for a bit. He looks like he needs it."
Harry looks at Louis who looks at him. He nods and they both get up and walk into the hallway and close the door.
"I'm sorry about what Niall did," Harry says.
"You can't do anything about it," Louis replies softly.
"He really shouldn't have asked that."
He nods. "I know. He really shouldn't."
"Come here," Harry says and he opens his arms.
Louis smiles and gives him a hug. 

"I can tell Liam wasn't Okay with this as well," Harry says as he let's go. "That's why he sent us here."
Louis chuckles. "This is 7 minutes in heaven 2.0."
It makes Harry laugh. "Without the making out."
"And being pushed inside a closed."
"I am right now."
"That's true. But at least you're single now."
"I am happy to be single I guess. Can't wait for the drama to go away. And as long as I don't start dating my sexuality shouldn't be a point."
"For fans, it will always be a point. Some people still believe I'm straight. Others try to label me. But I ignore that. That's pretty easy as well, they don't dare to @ me."
"They're too scared."
"Yeah."

"You feeling better?" Harry asks.
"I guess. Not as long as Niall acts normal. Or just doesn't try to talk- well sign."
"If he will I will come after him."
"Thanks, Haz."
"No problem. Let's go back." Harry takes his hand and they walk back. Louis keeps thinking about the fact Harry holds his hand. 
As they walk in they sit back down. Louis let's go of his hand. Niall wanted to make a comment on it but know he shouldn't.
"Zayn, truth or dare?" Harry goes on.
"Truth." He drinks more of his drink.
Harry thinks of a question to ask. "What is the biggest thing you got away with?"
"Probably... Doing drugs illegally."
He nods. "Fair enough."

They play a bit more but get bored quickly. "Let's do something else," Louis says. He never really got back into it after what Niall asks.
"Yeah. It's getting boring now," Liam says.
"Can I talk again?" Niall asks.
"No," everyone says at the same time.
He rolls his eyes.
Louis whispers in Harry his ear. "If he keeps silent the whole time it should be better. At least he won't go after me."
Harry laughs and nods as he glances at Niall.
"What about karaoke?" Zayn suggests.
"I'm down," Harry says.
"Yeah let's do it," Liam says.
Louis and Niall agree as well, so Zayn goes and gets the karaoke set.

"Lou," Harry says softly to catch his attention. 
He looks over to him. "Yeah?"
"Let's do a song together."
"Which one do you want to do?"
"What song did we sing together again?"
Louis laughs. "I am not doing that again."
"Aw, c'mon."
"Why do you want to sing that one?"
"Because that is pretty much how we met."
"I know it is," Louis says. "I still don't want to sing it."
He pouts. "Please?"
He chuckles and pokes his cheek. "No."
He now wraps his arms around him. "I'll kidnap you and make you do it."
"Good luck with that."
"You're boring."
"Thanks."

Zayn walks back in. "Who's going first?"
"Louis and I," Harry says right away.
"Harry!" Louis looks at Harry with big eyes.
He grins at him as he gets up and pulls him with him to the mics.
"I am not doing this," Louis says.
"What song do you want to do?"
"Little Things," Harry says.
Louis sighs but he decides to give Harry what he wants, just to make him happy. So they sing the song together. "Happy now?" He asks Harry when they're done.
He nods and smiles. "Yes, I am."
"Good." Louis sits back down. 
Harry sits down next to him. "Thanks."

Liam and Niall decide to sing together.
"Why did you want to do it so badly?" Louis asks Harry. 
He shrugs. "Memories, I guess."
"So every time we do karaoke we have to do that now?"
"Yes."
"Why not make it an official cover then. When do you want to meet in the recording studio?"
Harry laughs. "Tomorrow?"
"Sure. Sounds good."
They both laugh again and Louis hops a bit closer to Harry without making it noticeable. When Liam and Niall are done, Niall claims Harry to do the next song together.

Soon enough an hour as passed again and they all just want to watch a movie so they pick a Harry Potter movie because Liam wanted to watch it after Louis said it has been forever since he saw it. 
Louis is so used to snuggling with someone while watching a movie, that he snuggles with Harry while watching it. And he must admit, it probably feels better than it did with Eleanor.
Harry doesn't mind it as well, he was happy to see Louis back in his life and happier. Yet he remains to be careful with him and not going back to how it was before.
