28. Catching Up

The next day Louis goes to management and Harry goes to Niall.
"Nialler!" Harry says when he sees his friend.
"Come in. Come in," Niall says and he lets him in.
They just start to play games and eat snacks. You know, boy time.

"Okay, you need to update me on your date," Niall says.
"It went great until you crashed the date."
"Well, I am sorry I want to spend time with my best friend after his date because he told me it would take until around 5."
"We just had a great time," Harry says.
"But tell me more about it. Did you see more of each other or the movie."
"We watched two movies and I didn't even dare to kiss him for a few hours."
"Why?"
"I don't know. Don't judge me."
"I am judging you."
"Well, I told you I won't bring him up and now you are."

"I just want to hear what happened," Niall says.
"We watched two movies and then went swimming," Harry says.
"That's why both of you were wet and in boxers."
"What else did you think?"
"I don't know. Something kinky."
"Fucking hell Niall," Harry says and he laughs. "Don't you think this isn't too fast for that?"
"Both of you are adults."
"I am proud of Louis for doing what he already is doing now. I wouldn't push him to do anything at all."
"That is really sweet actually."
"Thanks, I guess."

They continue to game until around 3 PM and then they just order a pizza. "Niall, do you like someone?" Harry asks.
Niall gives him a confused look. "Why do you ask me that?"
"I don't know." He shrugs. "I'm just wondering."
"The only thing I like is food. How much longer until the pizza is here?"
"I don't know, not too long."
"Thank God. "
Harry laughs. "That's also one was the change the subject."
"Who do you think I like then?"
"I don't know, Liam or something. You got so jealous over him being with a girl."
"What you think I like Liam?!" He starts to laugh. "That's the funniest thing I've ever heard."
"Then why did you get so jealous?"
"I just felt really single for a bit. You have Louis now and he can just jump from a girl and to you really quick. Zayn is talking to someone and so is Liam and then I am here and have been single for a bit now."

"Why did you talk about Louis like he just uses people?" Harry asks.
"I didn't mean it like that. I am just jealous of him that he finds someone so quickly."
"Neither of us expected this to happen at all. The fact we even talk is special. I wanted to help him because you know that is how I am. And somehow I fell for him and now we are slowly starting a relationship."
"I know. I just wish I find someone sometimes."
"We can go out sometime and I'll be your wingman?"
"They will fall for you before falling for me," Niall says.
"That's not true."
"People say you're the hottest man alive, Haz!"
He rolls his eyes. "That doesn't mean people fall for me."

Niall rolls his eyes. "Should we post a picture of us together on my story and let the people vote who they would date?"
"Yeah sure," Harry says.
They take a selfie together and post it on Niall his story. They wait for a bit and soon see that Louis voted at well, and he voted on Harry. Which makes him smile.
"Of course Louis voted for you," Niall says. "And so did 60% of the people."
"Give it time." The doorbell rings.
Niall jumps up and goes to the doorbell to get the pizza.

"Finally the pizza is here!" He says as soon as he walks back in.
They start eating pizza. "You're still winning," Niall says as he checks his phone.
"I voted for you," Harry says and he takes a bite.
"Oh yeah?"
"Of course."
"Let's date then."
Harry laugh. "Sure." He checks his phone and Louis texted him. So he replies to him because he commented on the Instagram story.
"Who you talking to?"
"Louis. He texted me about the poll," Harry says and he puts his phone down.

They start to watch some random YouTube videos and soon enough they just started talking again about releasing new music.
"I wrote a song actually," Harry says. "Well, the lyrics."
"What's it about?"
"Falling for someone who maybe isn't good for you."
"What do you mean?"
"He cheated before and is unsure of some things."
"It's about Louis, isn't it?"
"Yeah..."
"First song was written about him already, huh?"
"Shut up."

After the pizza is done Niall checks the poll again. "It's 50/50," he says.
"Told you so," Harry says.
"I still can't beat you, tho," Niall says.
Harry rolls his eyes. "Oh shut up. People want you more than me."
"Not true."
"It is! The poll says it all."
"It's just a poll," Harry says.
"About who you would date..."
"I will find you, someone. If you let me."
"Like who?"
"Liam."
That comment makes him get a pillow to his face. "Wow, you're so funny."
"I know."
