"I thought tonight's movie was Men in Black." Holding Bucky's hand closer I get his attention from the screen. "We could go watch that movie in our room. I don't think IT is exactly a movie for us to relax to Panda." Bucky's nose scrunches up a bit at my nickname for him but a smile plays at his lips.

"How about we watch it after?" Bucky leans back on the couch bringing me to lay on his chest.

"Okay. I don't think you'll like this movie much." As the movie starts I'm lulled into a sort of sleep with the rise of Bucky's chest. One of his hands in mine and the other holding my wrist lightly. I awaken sharply, crying out in pain.

"Buck! It's okay. It's just a movie." I try to scamper away but his hold on my wrist is too tight. "Bucky, Alice is hurt."

Bucky abruptly lets go and stands up. He is away to our room before I can stop him. "I'll go let him know everything is okay."

"Alice, you're hurt."

"It can wait till after I know Bucky is alright." At our door I knock lightly and open the door. Bucky sitting on the bed staring at his hands. "I'll save the 'I told you so' for latter when you are in a better mood." I keep my voice light but the look on Bucky's face is wrenching. I squat in front of him and cup his face in my hands. I wince lightly and notice the dark color forming on my arm.

"I did this." Bucky moves his face away and looks down avoiding my gaze.

"You had a startle. It's no surprise with a jump scare." I kiss the top of his head before standing. "Next time we will watch a movie in our room or go out for a walk." Bucky nods and seems a little settled. "Rest Panda. I just need to get my wrist looked at."

I press on Bucky's chest to lay on the bed and cover him in the blanket. "I'm sorry."

"All is right, my dear. Let yourself calm." I brush back his hair with my good hand and place a kiss on his forehead. Before leaving our room I place a small lantern light on the bedside table and turn off the harsher light. A last look back at Bucky I walk out and quickly get my wrist looked at.

Turned out I needed a cast and picked a light grey color

Turned out I needed a cast and picked a light grey color. Hurrying back home Bucky is still awake and doesn't look to have moved since I left. Hearing me open the door Bucky moves to stand but for once I'm quicker and urge him to stay on the bed. I slip off my shoes still wearing comfortable clothes for movie night. Climbing into bed next to Bucky I cuddle up to him. "Put your worries out from your mind." I sing softly till Bucky has been asleep for a while then allow myself to follow.
