Evan made it to Caracas in few hours, upset that he lost his phone but mostly saddened by the terrible accident, he headed to the hospital where his father laid down in bed . His mother was shocked to see him : "You came ! oh my god Evan.." she bursted out crying while holding onto him and added with wobbly low voice : "He went to the supermarket to get few things and on his way back , he got hit by a truck, it happened so fast ! the doctors said he endured sprained ligaments and broken limbs and ..but he might not survive this because of his weak heart "

He squeezed her head not knowing how to comfort her, he was agitated himself "No mom ,He'll make it , dad is strong, he's going to be fine , we will all be fine I promise" ..

Evan went home to rest and pack few shirts before returning to the hospital , he was thinking about Becca all time and wanted to call her so bad that night and tell her what happened but the fact that he lost his phone drove him mad, how is he going to get in touch with her when he doesn't even remember her phone number not even Mia's. He figured "Dan!! "

Anxiously waited for him to pick up : "Hello, Dan, it's me Evan , am calling you from Caracas, I know it's late now but can you please text Becca and tell her to call me right away ,I need to talk to her"!!  The voice coming from the other line didn't sound interested but more grating : "Oh hi, am not sure she wants to speak to you Evan, you better stay away from her because you don't deserve her!"Astonished and confused , Evan took a deep breath and sat on his bed :"What the hell are you saying Dan?? Am telling you this is urgent !! I need to speak to her damn it, where is she now ?!"

"Stop pretending, you know exactly what you were doing when you decided to fool around behind her back, well she doesn't care anymore and she's with me now ,I'm the only one who can make her happy! So don't call me or her again!! " ...

Dan hung up the phone and sneered ..

Evan didn't want to understand what was happening, or why would his "supposed to be friend" say such crap, it was absurd ! and the fact that his Becca refused to speak to him , he instantly opened his computer in attempt to find the whereabouts and try to get hold of Mia or anyone else ..In a flah, his eyes went blurry, fumed by rage, at the sight of Becca and Dan sharing an intimate hug in a video that some friend sent him VIA Email.. 

The more he looked at it , the more he got furious . As he remembered Dan's words earlier ,anger run down his spine, he screamed his heart out after smashing everything in his room .. Until He felt his tears coming down, he sat quietly unable to think .. 

He only wanted to know why Becca lied and made him look like a fool as he weaved his dream of being the happiest man on earth ~~
