Special Night.

Well, long stressful day already. It's time to eat thankfully. We walked into Texas Roadhouse. I saw my little cousin Jimmy Garrett. "Cuz!" He yelled. "Jimmy!" I yelled back. He came running up to me. I picked him up. "Whatcha doing Jimmy?" I asked. "Look Cuz." He said showing me what he colored. "Oh man, can I have that?" I asked. I really did want it. "No Cuz, it's mine." He said. He looked at Ricky. "Ricky James!" He yelled reaching for Ricky. He put his arms out to grab Jimmy. "Whatcha doing Jim? I've missed ya!" He said smiling. Ricky started throwing Jimmy in the air and spinning. Everyone was watching and saying aw. It was cute. Then he saw Tyler. He went to Tyler. He wouldn't come back to me, we got seated with Wanda and Jack and Leslie. My aunt uncle and grandma. Tyler sat next to grandma, I sat next to Jack and Ricky. Mom and dad sat across from each other and Ricky was in front of Tyler. "Hello Ricky." Grandma said. "Hey Leslie, how are you?" He asked. Suck up. "Ah, I've been okay. I went to the doctor last week." She said. "Everything okay?" He asked. Jack looked at me, I giggled. Ricky looked at me. "Well it's my heart. It's not too good." She said. "Well hopefully you'll get better. " He said. Thankfully a waiter came by. "What can I get you to drink?" He asked.
Mom: Diet Pepsi.
Dad: Diet Pepsi.
Jack: Pepsi.
Tyler: Mtn. Dew.
Wanda: Water.
Grandma: Sprite.
Ricky: Sweet Iced tea.
Me: Sweet Iced Tea.
"Okay, I'll be back in a moment." He said walking off. "Cuz, where's Morgan?" He asked. Morgan was the only name he could call Chandra. "She's at home, you want to see her tomorrow?" I asked. "Yes." He said so proper. "How old is he now?" Ricky asked. "Four." I said. "I can't believe it." He said. "Hey Jimmy, wanna go look at the antlers?" He asked. "Yes." He said. "Are you going to ask mommy?" Ricky asked. "Mom, can Ricky and me go look at antlers?" He asked. "Yes Jimmy." She said. Ricky took Jimmys hand and walked off. "Are you two okay?" Wanda asked. "Yeah, we're doing pretty good right now." I said. Wanda smiled. "When you going hunting?" Jack asked. "Next week." I laughed. Chandra texted me. "I miss you guys." She texted. Ricky walked back with Jimmy. He bought Jimmy a little Farmhaul tractor. "Look dad." He said holding up the tractor. I took a picture with Jimmy. I sent it to Chandra. "Hate you." She texted back.
I put my phone in my pocket. It's been a great night. The waiter finally came back. I ordered a steak of course, Ricky and Jack did too. Grandma ordered something easy to eat. Tyler went healthy, Wanda ate a steak and Jimmy had chicken. I took a picture of the food and uploaded it to Instagram. "My little odd ball and his chicken." I captioned it. After we finished eating, we left. "Ricky!" Jimmy cried. "What Jim?" He said. "Don't go!" He cried. Ricky picked up Jimmy. "Hey don't cry buddy, you'll see me tomorrow okay?" He said. "But I want to stay with you and Tyler." He said. "Jimmy we've got to go home. Tom and Jerry is on." Jack said. Tom and Jerry was his favorite show. "Well I guess I'll let you go spend one night." Wanda said. We walked out to the car. "Who are you going to ride with?" Wanda said. "Ricky!" He yelled. They put the car seat in the truck. Tyler rode back with us. "Bye mommy and daddy." He said. They hugged him, put his bag in the truck and left. "Love you Jimmy." They said. "Love you!" He yelled back. Ricky sat in back with Jimmy. Tyler sat up front with me. "Are you still mad at me?" He asked. "No Tyler." I said. He smiled. I put Jimmy's John Deere cd in. He sung along to it. It was getting a bit chilly out. Ricky put Jimmys jacket on him and his hood. Jimmy took the hood off. "You've got to put it on Jimmy. Or we won't watch Tom and Jerry, or play tractors." Ricky said with a serious look on his face. "Okay." He said. Ricky put the hood back on him. He unbuckled him and got him out. He walked by Ricky holding his hand. I opened the door. "Morgan!" Jimmy yelled. He ran to her. "Ahhhh Jimmy!" She yelled. He laughed at her. "What are you doing? Did you eat steak?" She asked. "Ew no morgan." He said laughing. "Well what did you eat?" She asked. "Chicken!" He yelled. We laughed. He sat on the couch. We found Tom and Jerry for him. He ran around the house doing everything he could to imitate the show. Ricky sat down. I went to get Jimmys bag. Wanda sure packed a bunch of clothes. A night with Jimmy oh man. Mom and dad didn't get home till about 2:45 that morning. Jimmy wasn't too bad he passed out in Tyler's room. They played tractors all night. He wasn't familiar with Matty or Daniel. Ricky woke up. "Where's Jimmy?" He asked. "With Tyler remember?" I said. "Oh yeah, forgot." He said laying back down. "You really care about him." I said smiling. "I do." He said. We watched a few movies on Netflix until we fell back asleep. Matty and Chandra stayed up all night watching movies. They had a heart to heart. I heard her blowing her nose and the house wasn't hot or cold so I know she was crying. Matty and her had a great night though. I wish this could happen more often.
