Fall into me

Here goes nothing.

Mom woke us all up. "Breakfast is ready, along with college letters." She said walking out. I opened my eyes not ready to see this letter. It was Morgan and my dream to become Dayton Flyers. Matty and Ricky applied for the same college but they weren't as set as Morgan and I. When we got downstairs mom had plates set out with our letters in the center of the table. "Come on." She said. We all sat down. Morgan and I beside each other. Mom grabbed the letters and handed two to each of us. Matty opened his letter from Ohio State University. "I got accepted." He said smiling. Next was from Dayton. "I made it." He said even happier. "Okay, so if he made in I can too!" Morgan said. Everyone laughed except Matty. Morgan opened her letter from Tennessee State University. "Accepted." She said smiling. She opened the one from Dayton. "I, I made it!" She yelled. She was so happy. Ricky and I opened ours at the same time. I applied for a college in Florida since we moved here and the University of Dayton. Ricky applied for the same as Matty. "Accepted to both." We said at the same time. Mom was jumping up and down so excited. Dad kept sipping on his coffee. "I'm so proud of you all. But where's Tyler?" She asked. Ricky went upstairs and found him still sleeping. "He's still asleep." He said. Mom walked upstairs and woke him up. She handed him a letter. "I got accepted. Can I go back to sleep now?" He said. "Not too happy." I said. "Morgan, after we eat care to come with me to pick out some stuff for the dorm?" I asked. "Yes!" She yelled. After we finished eating we got ready then left. "Okay, I didn't really want to look for anything but we can. I just wanted to talk about Tyler. Has he acted different to you lately?" I asked. "A little. You miss him don't you?" She asked. "Well yeah, I mean we grew up together pretty much. He's always been like my big brother." I said. "Talk to him about it." She said. I nodded my head. "Well let's do some shopping!" I yelled. She smiled and got a cart. We loaded our carts with everything we saw that we needed. We checked out and went back to the house. "So when we get in here, are you going to talk to Tyler?" She asked. "I guess." I said. We got out unloaded a few things and sat down for a bit. I saw Tyler walk by. "Hey, can we talk?" I said. "Sure." He answered. We walked out on the deck. "Tyler, we never talk anymore, we never hang out. I miss you. We were so close." I said. "I know, I miss it and I miss you." He said. He embraced me with a hug. We stayed like that until I heard him start crying. "Tyler. It's okay." I said. "No, its not. I haven't been there for you." He said. We were still hugging. "Then come on, let's go do something." I said. He smiled barely. "Okay." He said. We walked out the gate and to my truck, I had no idea what to do. "What are we doing?" He asked. He would ask me that. "How about we get something to eat, then go do whatever you want." I said. "Sounds good." He said. We pulled up to Subway, we got the usual. We pulled up at a baseball field. "Okay, what are we gonna do?" I asked. "Play." He said. I followed him into the gate. "Baseball isn't really my thing." I said. He laughed. He handed me a bat and helmet. He pitched it to me and I missed. "It's okay." He said. He pitched again, I hit it. "You need to play softball." He said. He got his phone out and called someone. After a few throws and hits a few people started to show up. Including Morgan, Matty, and Ricky. Oh god I thought. "We're gonna play a game." He said. "Hate you." I said. I was at the base to bat. A girl threw the ball I hit it. "Run!" Everyone yelled. I dropped the bat and started to run. "Can I play?" Morgan asked. Nobody cared. She was on 3rd base. "Throw the ball!" She yelled. I slid and made it to 3rd. She helped me up. "You do need to play softball." She said. I laughed. "I'll play softball, once you become a cheerleader." I said. "Deal!" She said. "Oh god." She laughed. We finished playing a game of baseball and left. Tyler and I went to the mall. "What do you wanna get?" He asked. "Nothing, just look around." I said. "Pick something out and I'll buy it for you." He said. "No." I answered back. He saw me looking at a few shirts. "Ready to go?" I asked. "Yeah." He said. We left the mall and went back home. "Well, we need to do this again." He said. "Yes, yes we do." I said. We walked in the back gate and in the kitchen. I grabbed a water and he walked up stairs. Morgan walked in the kitchen. "How was it?" She asked. "I think I got Tyler back." I said. She smiled. Tyler left the house. Matty walked in. "You ready?" He asked her. "Yeah." She said. "Date night?" I asked. They smiled. I walked upstairs. Ricky was laying on my bed watching tv. "Hey babe." He said. "Hey." I said. "You and Tyler have a good day?" He asked. "Yeah, I think I got him back." I said. He smiled. He scooted over and we watched tv. I fell asleep. While Morgan and Matty are on their date, they run into one of Mattys ex's.

"Matty!" A girl yelled from behind us. We both turned around. "Shit." Matty said. "What?" I asked. "That's my ex, Brittany Lovely." He said. I didn't say anything, she started walking over to us. "Matty, you haven't returned any of my calls I thought you moved." She said. "Doesn't matter, I don't want you." He said. "Oh and you want her?" She said. "Yes, I do. Because she actually means something to me." He said. "Whatever." She said walking away. "Bitch." I said to myself. "Okay let's go do something that's actually fun." He said. We went driving around town, I hung out of the sun roof while Matty played music. I loved every minute of it. Until we got pulled over. I got back in the car and closed the sun roof. "Yes officer?" Matty said. "Are you drunk?" He asked. "No sir." Matty said. "Is she?" He asked. "No sir." Matty said. "Okay, just don't be hanging out of the sun roof." He said walking away. After he pulled off we died laughing. "We may want to go home before we go to jail." I said. "Yeah. Netflix?" He asked. "Yes!" I said. We drove back home and watched Frozen until we fell asleep. UD visits tomorrow, can't wait.
