CHAPTER 26 - New Revelations

(Steve Saga Origins - The Lost Green Steve Tribe)

Nobody's P.O.V

"Hey, Rainbow steve have you noticed anything weird with magma recently?" Blue steve whispered to rainbow steve while glancing at magma. Rainbow steve gave Blue steve a confused look

"What do you mean?"

"I mean like he seems sadder? I guess or even lonely..." Blue steve trailed feeling concerned for his friend.

"Now that you mention it doesn't it seem like he is more distracted" Rainbow steve then frowned "Do you think he is worried about something else?" At this comment blue steve actually stopped walking for a few moments to give rainbow steve a confused expression.

"And how did you come to that conclusion?"

"Well, Whenever we are with Nightmare steve or dark steve, magma never looks worried or scared but when we are alone he looks distracted and lost almost"

"You do realize he could just be hiding the fact that he is scared right?"

"I guess, but I think that we should ask him now about it-" Rainbow steve paused when a small growl came from his stomach. "Actual

ly, can we find some food and shelter so we can talk to him?" Rainbow Steve said, covering his stomach as his face turned into a dark shade of pink.

~Time skip 4 hours~

Magma's P.O.V

Magma had his hand out with a fireball inside to create light as the sun began to set. The other two younger steve however were holding torches as they walked through the dark jungle. Magma had begun to realize that both the younger steves had begun to get tired. Magma however was perfectly fine for the most part because he had already taken all the needed rest he would need for the next week or so.

"I'm so tired," blue Steve said with a yawn at the end of his sentence. Rainbow Steve nodded his head in agreement.

"And hungry '' Magma could be related to being hungry because once being a yellow steve had had to eat more than a normal steve because yellow steve got hungrier faster. However, when he became a nightmare steve didn't need food anymore only sleep. He wasn't even sure what it was like to feel hunger anymore.

"I hope we find someone nice that could give us a nice soft bed-"

"And food"

"And food for the night" blue Steve added, nodding his head. As they were walking suddenly a cliff appeared in front of them in the darkness causing them to fall. Rainbow steve managed to grab one of the vines on the trees stopping his fall. Blue steve wasn't so lucky and was about to smash into the ground before he began floating a few feet above. Rainbow Steve's tiredness seemed to disappear as a huge grin appeared on his face.

"Blue steve your powers are back!"

"They are!" blue Steve exclaimed surprised. Magma flew down and landed next to rainbow steve. "I thought it would take longer for them to come due to me using them so much"

"Well, now you could scout ahead to see if there is anything there" Magma's Eye twitch and he let out a heavy sigh.

"Really? I can also fly..." magma thought with a slight hint of sadness that they didn't even thank him. Magma however did not voice out his thoughts and simply watch and that was something he was used to. Blue steve came back looking excited as he found some light and led them there to discover a strange-looking tunnel with vines and vegetation growing inside of it. Magma walked ahead of the group for some reason having a bad feeling that something bad was ahead of them. This made him more paranoid because his gut feelings were always right or somewhat right. As they finally reached the end of the tunnel in front of them was a bridge and there appeared to be light inside of the treetops. Blue steve let out a laugh of relief
