CHAPTER 31 - Saving the Green Steve Village

(Steve Saga Origins Episode - Dark Steve Attacks)

Magma's P.O.V

Magma groaned in relief when he appeared in the normal world and it wasn't RAINING! He had been hoping that the rain stopped and for once luck was on his side.

"Now that is out of the way...time to ruin Elemental steve plan." Magma said with a slightly insane smirk as he began to fly towards the green steve village. All that magma could feel was excitement at being able to get some back, even if it wasn't his elemental steve, and he didn't have to worry about the troubled duo so he could focus on his plan now. First, he wanted to check up on the yellow kingdom's status and second, he wanted to help the green steve village that had already been infected by dark steve. He knew how bad the effects could be to those not used to it. By that he meant them being infected like him (More like the darkness was fused into him) for many, MANY generations than their body would be able to handle it. Then there was also the fact that his energy naturally accepts any darkness, mistaking it as part of my energy which made his plan much easier but would also have had to explain why he was to others. There was also the small issue that he could only handle so much darkness in his body as any steve, that even included dark steve. Dark steve, as he was made to be steve of darkness isn't even completely overwhelmed by it as he has some red steve in him, or else he would...act much more violent than any creature to live, and that even included that one strange demon steve he had met. There can never exist a being of pure darkness without consequences...that was something that magma knew very well from experience with those demon steves.

"Good thing Elemental steve didn't go down that hole," Magma thought as he felt relief at the thought of those...things that weren't truly Steve. From what he remembered, elemental steve had found the demon steves in some dimension and thought about using them since they had such great power...however there was a small flaw in his plan. The demons steve are steves who have been corrupted by the darkness making them mindless and want to absorb the energy of any steve that is near them and once they have their eyes on you it is near impossible to escape them seeing as they don't get tired, hungry, or injured. Even if the demon steve has near-infinite energy they lack the ability to think for themselves or be controlled due to their high energy levels. Elemental Steve had realized that he controlled the demon steves by convincing them or forcefully. He was at least happy that if he ever met one he could lead them away due to their principal behavior. Magma continued flying through the air for 15 more minutes before he spotted the jungle. He easily was able to find the village due to the smoke coming from between the trees. He landed on a very high jungle tree and looked down at the village. The damage was as bad as he was expecting, most of the buildings were destroyed or burned down but he had yet to see any of the green steve.

"Leader! You are okay?!?! W-we find Help!" Magma jumped feeling a little startled from the sudden shouting but quickly looked around before locating a group of green steves by their energy. Magma winced as he realized why it was slightly difficult to find them, especially with their energy level so low.

"At least I can help this time around" magma muttered to himself before jumping off the edge of the tree and landing on the ground with a loud thump. Manga saw the group of green steve surround their leader who was on the floor with nearly half of his body covered in darkness. Most of the green steve had a patch of darkness here and there but one of the green steve was being held up as a quarter of his body was covered in darkness along with green eyes slowly turning red. At the sound of his arrival, the least infected steves turn to face him with fear in their eyes before turning to confusion when they spot him.
