It's okay to like someone,
It's okay to care about how they feel. and if they've eaten , if they slept okay.
It's okay to tell them.
It's okay for them to say no.
It's okay for them to say yes.
It's not okay for you to love them less when they say no , because they say no.
It's not okay for you to love them less when they say yes , because you got what you wanted.
Because then that wouldn't have been love at all. Love is the most selfless thing and it should never have been about you. It's about loving every version of who they are and who they could be. Giving them the freedom to do what they want and choosing everyday to love them regardless .
To love them in spite of it. It's why God gave us free will , cause true love is not forced .
True love is revealed in freedom.
True love is revealed in the test of time .
