Benji P.O.V.
"Oh come on! That was terrible!" Alice shreaked at me.
We were playing pictionary. Let's just say I am no artist. The prompt was to draw a seal, and I honestly don't know what I drew, but it was definitely not a seal.
"Sorry I can't draw!" I retorted.
"Stop bickering like children, I am trying to take my turn," Jorge told us.
We stopped as Jorge turned his drawing around. It was a beautiful picture of a field with two boys, that looked oddly like us, laying together on the grass.
"Jeez, Jey you were only drawing for like two minutes," I said, awestruck by the beautiful image in front of me.
"What can I say, I am an artist you know," he replied winking, "Now try and guess!"
"Urm, is it the summer?" Alice guessed.
"Nope!"
"Is it nature?" I asked.
"No sir," he said.
Almost 20 guesses later Alice and I had given up.
"Just tell us Jorge!" Alice said, exasperated.
"Fine. It's supposed to be love," he said shyly.
Oh. OH.
The room went quiet, and I felt my cheeks start to get heated.
"Alrighty then, do you guys wanna watch a movie?" Alice asked, sensing the obvious awkwardness in the room.
"Yeah, what should we watch?" Jorge asked.
"Mamma Mia!" we all cheered at the same time.
This sent us into a fit of giggles. What can I say, Mamma Mia is our favorite guilty pleasure.
The three of us were all squished onto the couch, me in the middle with Alice on one side, and Jorge on the other. We were on the part where Sophie is on the boat with Sam, Bill and Harry. I started loudly singing the words to the song, causing them both to laugh at me.
"WALKS ALONG THE SEINE, LAUGHING IN THE RAIN OUR LAST SUMMER MEMORIES THAT REMAIN!" I belted out.
By the end of the movie, Alice's head was on my shoulder, and Jorge's legs were on top of my lap. The credits started to roll, and I tried to wipe my tears without either of them seeing. Too late.
"Oh my god! Benji, are you crying??" Alice said looking up at me.
"What? This movie makes me soft," I said defensively.
"Oh Benjamin," Jorge said.
"What!? I just really like the movie," I frowned.
They both giggled and moved off of me.
"So, what do you guys say, should we go to bed?" Alice asked.
I wasn't really tired, but I nodded in response. So did Jorge. We walked down the narrow hall to the back of her house where the bedroom was.
"So boys, My room is really small, so you guys are going to have to sleep on the same air mattress," she explained.
"Oh, uh, okay," Jorge mumbled.
We all got ready and got into our beds.
"Goodnight boys," Alice said while letting out a huge yawn.
"Night Al," I replied.
"Goodnight bish," Jey said.
I tried to close my eyes and fall asleep, but Alice's snoring was keeping me up.
"Benji," Jorge whispered.
"Yeah?" I said rolling over to face him.
"I can't sleep."
"Me either, with all that snoring going on up there," I said pointing up at Alice.
"Wanna play a game?" he asked.
"Sure, we have to be quiet though."
"Lets play truth or dare," he said.
"Okay, but no crazy dares."
"Deal," he answered.
"You ask first," I told him.
"Okay, truth or dare?"
"Truth," I answered.
"Do you have your eye on anyone?"
"Kind of I guess. Truth or dare?"
"Truth," he whispered.
"Who do you like more, me or Alice?"
"That's not a juicy question, Benjamin. But if you have to know, it's you obviously."
I smiled at this. We continued playing, both of us always picking truth. It had been almost an hour, and we had barely asked any good questions. Although, I did learn that he secretly listens to Justin Bieber sometimes.
"Okay, truth or dare?" I asked.
"Truth, and this time makes it a really good question," he said.
"Um alright," I said trying to think of something, "What are your true and honest feelings about me?"
"I think you are very sweet Benjamin, and I love being your friend. You are also very hot, so being around you is always way more enjoyable," he smirked.
Wow, okay.
"Truth or dare?" he said.
"Truth"
"What do you think of me?"
"I think you smell sweet, like cinnamon. And you give the best hugs. And you are good at making me question things," I said blushing.
It was too dark for me to see his face, but I could tell he was blushing too. He moved a little closer to me.
"Truth or dare?" I said.
"Truth."
"Are you gay?"
"Yes," he responded, "Truth or dare?"
"Truth."
"Are you gay?"
"I-I don't know," I responded truthfully.
"That's okay, you don't have to know," he said. He moved closer.
"Truth or dare?" I asked.
"Truth"
"Do you really think I'm hot?" I asked.
"The hottest," he replied. He moved closer so that now we were only inches apart, "Truth or dare, Benjamin?"
"Dare." I said. I didn't even mean to say it until it came out of my mouth. Being so close to him was distracting nonetheless.
He lowered his voice, "I dare you to kiss me Benjamin."
I don't know what came over me, but I grabbed the back of his neck and brought his mouth to mine, making them collide like two comets. He kissed me tenderly. Our lips moved as one, making my whole body explode with joy. His hands were in my hair and mine were in his. He lightly nipped at my bottom lip asking for entrance. I granted it and felt his warm tongue enter my mouth. Our tongues danced around with each other. He tasted like honey, sweet and enchanting. We finally broke apart gasping for air.
"That was amazing," I breathed out.
"Something like that," he giggled, "Goodnight Benjamin."
"Goodnight Jey," I said turning over and closing my eyes.
I cannot believe that just happened.
