My dream ended abruptly, as I was shaken back into reality. My eyes opened, my eyelashes faintly batting against my lids when I blinked. I laid on my bed, debating whether or not I should get up. My muscles felt weak, just like my energy. I let out an exasperated sigh, groaning as I rolled off of the silver-coloured bed I had been occupying.

The water pours down, it drips by my side, as my mind fades into dullness and everything is a foggy illusion. The sensation of the steamy water calms me; it takes my mind off things. All the things I honestly don't care about. It's the water. My mind swirls, and it's like I'm standing under an everlasting waterfall. Ever so beautiful, but it can never last, I know that now.

Right now I'm standing in front of my mirror and analysing my choice of clothing. A red sweatshirt and black high-waisted jeans and my favourite cherry leather jacket which had sliver detailing with my vans.

"Could you not?" I yawned as I entered the kitchen, "I'm trying to sleep here."

"I know, you need it."

"Then let me have it."

"I forgot the world revolves around you. My apologies, how silly of me." Richard snickered.

"Blazing Wave." My right hand glowed a midnight blue as a rain cloud appeared above Richard's head. Richard's golden brown hair stuck to his forehead, his outfit soaked with the seawater.

"Don't ever do that to me again."

"But, it was so much fun."

"So, you and Natsu, huh?" Richard winked at me, as I gave him one of my notorious death stares.

"I don't know what you're talking about". I smiled to myself.

"Uh, uh." Richard rolled his eyes at me.

"You and Natsu sittin' in a tree, K-I-S-S-I-N"

"Hydris!"  Another rain cloud rose over Richard's head once again. Soaking his body from head to toe.

"Camryn! If you do that again, I'll throw you out that fucking window you what are you doing?"  He glared at me as I smiled in triumph.

"Checking how high the drop is, see if it's worth it."

"I know there was a compliment somewhere in there and I'll take it."

"You piece of shit."

"Ah, there it is!" I rolled at his so-called attempt to make a joke.

After having a savoury breakfast courtesy of Dickie, we spent a few hours talking about random things when I left to go to the guild as Richard went upstairs to change his clothes.

Camryn watched from the bar of the guildhall the usual scene unfold between Natsu and Gray. It was nothing, new and at this point, it made her smile how the routine was. She knew the other guild members got irritated with their fighting, but Camryn couldn't help but feel seeing Natsu getting enthusiastic over something so trivial. It was amazing how much energy the boy had.

The auburn girl got up from her seat and walked over to the two mages who were revving up their magic to start an all-out war with each other. Before either of them could unleash an attack, Camryn waved at the pink-haired male, "Natsu!"
