Exploration...but privacy please!?

 Irritation flickered across Taecyeon's face as he pushed up from his position on the bed, and with one last lingering look at the lean man in his bed went to see who was at the door.

Wooyoung tapped his leather-clad foot on the marble floor as he waited for Taecyeon to answer. He pushed a nervous hand through thick dark hair, and tried not to worry as he heard the security peephole activate and the doorknob turned soon after. The other members all had schedules, and he'd promised to go check on Taecyeon and Nickhun when he got the chance. There was another apartment that he wanted to visit on his own time, but that was something he would do on more personal time.

The door swung open, and a shirtless Taecyeon stood before him. He was already walking away towards his living room that he didn't even notice the flush that crept up Wooyoung's neck, and the momentary dazed look that had crept into his eyes before he followed behind. Managing to collect himself he greeted his member like always...with an affectionate hug. He'd always found Taecyeon attractive, but he'd never had a reaction quite like this. Despite the unexpected feelings he managed their relaxed banter with ease, and asked about Nick.

"So..how is he?" Wooyoung kept his voice low as he tried to see into the dark guest bedroom on his right. He watched as Taecyeon's ears turned a fascinating shade of red.

"Wrong room... Woo he's in my bed it's more comfortable," Taecyeon pointed to his closed door. "He's doing better, but last night he was pretty banged up. He's got a couple of cracked ribs, bumps, and a shitty looking bruise around his collarbone. The guy that hit him is definitely going to jail, and if Nick isn't gonna press charges I'll talk to Jinyoung hyung," his eyes lit up with a fierce light

No matter what had happened between the two of them in the last 24 hours, or what would happen later Nick was his best friend. It still infuriated him how people drove so recklessly,and he knew that if they didn't immediately clear up the details of the accident very soon there would be huge target on Nickhun's back with all the blame attached. Taecyeon walked around the attached island in his kitchen, and opened the fridge. He pulled out a beer and then a second, and wagged it in Wooyoung's direction.

(A.N.: That parts ironic I know)

With an amused roll of his eyes the member pulled one of the glasses off of the tray in the middle of the counter, and made a scissors motion.

"In half old man, beside's it's like 10am," He berated him in amusement as he settled onto one of the high stools at the counter.

"Its 5 o'clock somewhere," Taecyeon said with a smile as he poured half of the beer into Wooyoung's upturned glass, and then he leaned onto the counter.

He was lucky he had found this apartment, because it was perfect. The counters were tall enough that he could lean, but wouldn't have to bend. It brought him face to face with his friend, and he felt the easy smile he had slip off his face.

" We'll have to put off future promotions...at least for 3 weeks. He's not gonna like it, but he can't do too many appearances."

Wooyoung sipped his beer as he stared back at Taecyeon thoughtfully. There was something that he was missing, he couldn't quite put his finger on it but somehow Taecyeon had changed. He didn't know how, but before he could examine the thought further the bedroom door swung open and out walked Nickhun.

Taecyeon's description didn't do the crash aftermath on Nickhun's body justice. Purple and black bruises climbed up his torso, and his ribs were a sickening combination of black and green. Wooyoung hadn't noticed when he'd slipped from the chair, and had walked to his friend and fellow group member. He didn't even realize that he had touched his skin until a small groan of pain stopped him. With an apologetic look he kept his hands away as he circled him.
