chapter 10

After i ate my lunch, i got up and went to the counter and put all of my plates in a little container which someone would come picked it up and washed it.

"Oh, hi (y/n)"

I heard someone calling my name so turned around and saw it was only sasha.

I smiled at her and wiped my hands using my pants.

"Is that your boyfriend?" She teased me. One of her eyebrows then lift and wiggle but i just gave her a disgust look.

"No, he's just my old friend slash ex" i replied

Her face suddenly went up to teasing mode to a serious one. She's kinda cute lol

"Oh" she then added

I smiled at her and went to the table where me and kim ate but kim is no where to be seen though. I then saw a note at the top of the table, i grabbed it and read the note.

Hey,

I'm sorry that i didn't evev say goodbye before i left. There was an emergency in the clinic and they need me there so bad. Anyways, it great to be your friend again :)♡

I smiled at the gesture he made. He didn't even change a bit, he really likes to make notes if he doesn't say goodbye to me. I put the note on my pocket, then i felt someone banged me at the back of my head so i turned around once again who did it.

"You brat, quit smiling at the note that your boyfriend gave to you. There's an announcements in the field so you better hurry your ass up" he said then leaved

I sighed

"He's not my boyfriend shortie" i shouted at him

"I saw a bunch hearts, so basically you two are dating." He shouted back at me

You know what? I can't really tell sometimes if levi and i are friends or are we still enemies. I can't really understand that psycho, sometimes he is friendly after he would be angry like the heck? Ya get it?

So i got out the cafeteria and went to the field just like Levi just said to me earlier at the cafeteria. I saw cadets forming a line so i joined too. I then saw commander Erwin coming to the stage so all of us  salute to him. Behind him was Hanji, levi, and other captains of some squads. Me and Levi actually glance at each other.

"Good afternoon my dear soldiers, i noticed your determimations, knowledge on how to beat a titan, and your determination to be  a scout. As for reward, we will be having a big birthday party the day after tomorrow which i am the birthday boy, so no class and training for tomorrow. Oh and also, make sure that you are all dressed properly." he announced

He then smiled and got off the stage amd same thing for the captains following behind him.

All of the cadets started to clap and cheered after hearing the statement. to be honest, i am not really into party or anything but i will give so much effort just for this.

Since there is no more agenda for the afternoon, i decided to visit my mother's grave which is not that far from here. I have no horse to get there, i went into hanji's office so that i could barrow once again, Maximus"

I opened the door and saw here sitting in her chair with her desk filled with bunch of papers and stuffs. She then saw me and she suddenly stand up.

I waved at her and smiled

"Hey, can i barrow maximus? I will visit mom's grave today" i said

She fixed her stuffs at her desk then looked at me

"Yeah, just don't get home late" she explained

I smiled at her and nod. I then close her door and run as fast that i can so that i could reached her apartment and grabbed Maximus. Levi and Kim also saw me running so fast but i just pretended that i did not even saw them.

When i already reached Maximus, i pet him for about 2 minutes and fed him 2 carrots so that he could have energy. After that, i rode him and stop by to an flower shop near a rice fields.

"Hi miss, what can i get for you?" I was greeted by an kind woman in her early 20s

I then smiled at her

"Can i get a bouquet of sunflower and roses in it? I asked

She nod and went to a room. I sat in a sofa and massaged my knuckles and turn my head all around. She then got out in the room with a bouquet on her hands and she handed it to me. I thanked her and went out the flower shop and continue to go in my mother's grave. I Checked Maximus if he's still good and yes he can still carry me.  I am not that heavy ya know?, just sayin...

We then arrived at the cemetary. So i tied  Maximus up and gave him his carrots and pet him a little bit before i go to my mom.

"Hi mama, how you doin?"i said as i look at her name on a gravestone and put the flowers that i bought.

"It's been a long time since I've visited you. Did you know that i joined the scouts just like hanji? You must be really proud of us right now." I added

I wiped the tears that is falling down to my face, wow i didn't even noticed that I'm crying right now.

I continued to tell my mom some stories about some funny things that happened in the scouts. I am pretty sure that she is smiling right now, i know and i could feel it.

As i finished telling funny stories to my mom, i got up and bid her goodbye and went to Maximus so that we could go home and also get some rest. I untied him and ride him.

And then i noticed that it's been 15 minutes and still not we are not yet at home. Are we lost? Because the estimated time we can already arrive is 8 minutes only. And then that's when i realized, I'm in a narrow pathway without people and any basic sounds like frogs and insects and basically it's just me and Maximus right now.

"Hi baby, wanna have fun with us?" I heard someone said that and saw a man in his 30s with a scar on his face, and beside him, there were also a bunch of guys but without scar.

I backed out a little bit but the man is still following me.

"No, thank you" i said with a low voice

Then the man touched my arms using his fingertips which i flinched but he grabbed my face and looked at it. I am literally having goosebumps and i am pretty sure that i am dying inside.

"Oh come on baby girl it would be fun" he said once again.

I managed to get his filthy hand off my face and then i saw a man falling above us which he made the man fall into the ground. I looked at the guy that helped me.

"She said she don't want it!" Levi shouted
