Chapter 23

I slowly opened my eyes, catching my breath with my hands on my chest. I felt like I have died but then came back to life again. I looked around the room and noticed that I am not on the hotel, it looks like I'm in a hospital. In the corner of my eye, I suddenly catch Levi sleeping beside my bed.

What am I doing here

He suddenly woke up when he heard me groan because I was trying to lay properly on my bed. Maybe that groan that I made was too loud that made him woke up.

"(Y/n)...." his eyes were widened and he really looks like he saw a ghost or somethin

"You're okay!! You made me worried to death!" He suddenly went closer to me and hugged me very tight.

His manly scent sends shiver down to my spine. He really makes me go crazy in love with him.

"I-im okay.." I said softly

He slowly pushed me away and cupped his hands over my face. He was observing the features on my face before planting a very soft kiss on my lips. My whole body suddenly became hot after that peck. He then intertwined his hands to mine and kiss my hands Too.

He suddenly got off of my bed when a doctor and a bunch nurses on her back entered the room. They were standing next to the chair inside the room.

"The patient is awake, check her blood pressure" the doctor whispered to tge nurse who is next to her.

The nurse followed her orders, he put a thingy on my arm and pressed something that made the thing on my arm, very large.

"Her blood pressure is okay, doc" the nurse said

"Hi! You're the patient's husband right?" The doctor asked Levi

The whole room became very silent. I don't know what to say. After the kiss that Levi gave, I don't even know what our status is. I did not push him or even stop him from kissing me. So what are we really?.

Are we really together now? I'm so confused

"Umm.." Levi looked at me, asking for answers but I just looked away.

"Well I'm excited to say.. you guys are expecting a baby!" The doctor cheered

I am what?

I looked down at my fingers. I felt Levi staring at me, he must've felt shock too about the news that the doctor said to us. I don't know what I am actually feeling right now. Mixed emotions, to be exact. I felt like I'm happy inside and at the same time sad. I don't know what happening inside of me but tears started to on my face.

"I'm just going to leave the both of you here. But she can discharge already. Congratulations again!" the doctor and the nurses on her back, leaves the room.

It was only me and Levi was alone in the room. I keep sobbing and sobbing
Even though I already know that I am pregnant. I just can't believe that it is true.

There's a freaking fetus on my uterus!!

"Y-you're pregnant.." he stuttered

I looked at him. His tears also started to fall in his face. I cant help but pulled him and hugged him very tight and let out all of my emotions inside of me and also cry on his chest. He also hugged me back and run his fingers through my hair. He also tried to calm me down but it didn't work.
