Chaper 6: Mondays Suck😒

I woke up. Ugh, it's a Monday. And if that isn't bad enough, I have that English test today. I'm feeling pretty confident, though because I studied hard.
"Nothing can get in my way," I thought.
Man, was I wrong.
This day was gonna suck. One amazing thing was gonna come out of this though.

I fished a pencil out of my backpack. Then I sat a little straighter in my desk. Mr. Lee handed me a paper. The questions looked easy enough. Once Mr. Lee got to the last row, he had no more papers and looked confused.

"I could've sworn that I printed off 27 papers. Ugh, Mrs. Su must have gotten her papers mixed up with some of mine, again." He said to no one in particular.

With a sigh, he walked to the door. He instructed us to be quiet while he went to get more papers. I looked down at question #7.

네 means...
A. No
B.Hi
C.Yes
D. I

I think the answer is C, but the last 3 answers were C. I circled it anyway. When I looked up, I saw Leejoon tugging on JiJi's hair and whispering something in her ear. She clearly didn't like it. I tried to keep working, but I couldn't just ignore it.

Why was I so bothered by it anyway? Well, I'll admit, I have the smallest crush on her. We're not technically allowed to date here, but I still caught feelings. Anyway, I couldn't ignore it anymore when she jumped and said "Stop!" real loud. That was the last straw. This is where I made the mistake.

Now, Leejoon was your basic player, except a little fatter and uglier than you would expect. Everyone knows that his personality is trash, and he has very little talent. The only reason he has a chance at debuting is because of his family. His dad is the main rapping instructor and his mom is a legendary dancer. His mom is awesome and super nice, but tough when she needs to be. To be honest, I don't even think his parents like him that much. I mean they love him as their son, but they don't think they raised him right. But, trust me, they have nothing to do with it. I think the only reason they sent him here, is so that they don't have to deal with him. I can't say I blame them. He's basically on his own. I almost feel bad for him, but it's his own fault.

Whoa I sounded mean there.

I got up and walked over to his desk.
"She said stop."
"What are you gonna do do about it?"
Even his comebacks were basic.
"Touch her again and you'll find out."
"oooooh," the whole class echoed.

He tugged on JiJi's hair again.  I raised my fist to punch him. . . .

Do you like the cliffhanger? teehee

I purple you💜💜💜
