Chapter 36

Harry's P.O.V.

As I'm getting ready, all I can think about it how this date is going to go. Last time we tried to have a romantic date, it resulted in us breaking up because I told her I was moving back home. I will never forget that night. How upset she was and the tears falling down. We had only been dating for two months at that time, but we both knew we had something special. I loved her and there was no denying it.

I finished taking a shower so I am now trying to decided what to wear. As I'm rummaging through my closet, I come across a new pair of khaki pants and a white collard long sleeve shirt. I put them on and tuck in my shirt. I grab my black belt and put them on and then grab my black dress shoes and put those on.

Before walking out, I wanted to make sure that Shaiden was ready so I decided to text her.

-are you almost done?

-I'm ready when you are (;

When I read that message, I put my wallet and phone in my pockets and went over to her room. I knocked on the door and seconds later, she opened it.

"You look... ummmm" I stuttered. "You look great "

"Well you don't look so bad yourself" she said smiling. Her smile is the best thing in the world. I hope to make her smile for a long time. I kind of just stand there looking at her.

"Harry, should we go now?"

"Oh Yea. Let's go say bye to everyone."

We both walked down the stairs. Well she did first and I followed.

"Hey guys, we are about to leave now. See you guys later." I told everyone. They were all sitting in the living room conversing.

"Hold on! I want to get a picture" my mum said.

"Yeah me too!" Shaidens mom then said. We both stood by each other my arm around her waist and her body pressed up against mine with one hand on my chest and the other around my waist. They took like 5 pictures. On the last picture, we didnt take it seriously so we just kinda did a random pose.

"Okay we are going to leave now if that's okay" I said once again.

"Have fun you two and be careful! Also, don't be out too late." Her dad said before we Finally walked out of the door. I do the regular "act like a gentleman thing" and open the door for her. And of course when we get in, she plugs in her phone and plays her music.

Literally all day, we are going to a bunch of random places and just looking around. I take her into this one clothing store. I know she loves clothes so I thought I'd let her look around.

"I love this!" She said holding up a purple strapless shirt.

"Go try it on" I said. And of course she did. She's always trying on clothes. She steps out of the dressing room.

"What do you think?" I stare at her like a fool. Of course she looks great. She looks great in anything. Even when she wears sweatpants, a hoodie, no makeup and hair in a messy bun. She still looks amazing.

"I like it. A lot "

"Should I get it?"

"If you want."

"I think I will." She goes back in the changing room to change back into her other shirt and walks out. I take the shirt from her hand and pay for it.

"You didn't have to do that. I have money myself"

"I know. I wanted to." Well I appreciate it. As we walk out of the store, she grabs my hand and we walk back to the car. Right before we reach the car, I hear someone call my name.

"Harry!" Shaiden and I both turn around to see who it was. No. Not now. "Oh my God! It is you! How are you doing? It's been a really long time since I've seen you."

"I'm good Carly. And yourself?"

SHAIDEN'S P.O.V.

As soon as he mentioned the name Carly, I knew exactly who she was. This is the girl that took Harry's virginity. The girl that was such a bad influence on him and the girl that I can not stand even though I don't know her personally.

"I'm doing just great!" She answered Harry's question. He just shook his head in response. I'm really glad that they didn't hug or anything. I just grab Harry's arm and I pull myself closer to him to let him know how uncomfortable this is making me.

"Who's this?" She asks giving me a weird look.

"This is my girlfriend."

"Ooohhh okay. It's Nice to meet you." She said holding out her hand for me to shake but I didn't. "Well okay then." She pulled her hand away. "So how long are you in town Harry?" She asked him. I just want her to go away.

"I actually moved back until I finish school. Then I'm going back to the USA."

"Well Maybe we could catch up or something?" I looked at Harry to see what he would say.

"I'll have to get back to you on that one. Me and Shaiden are on a date and it's her last day her so we should really get going."

"Alright Well my number hasn't changed if you still have it. And I still have your number so Maybe I can call you." She looked over at me then back at Harry. "I'll see you around" again, he just shook his head in response. Once we got back in the car, you could really feel the tension.
