Demi's pov

I walked through the halls of the office that Phil was located in and I couldn't help get a bittersweet feeling knowing it was going to be my last time. Sure, this office was just a place but with every step I took I realized this place was what had started my career. I knew Phil was just moving to a bigger office space to take on more clients but for some reason it hurt to say goodbye to the place that had practically made me for the last ten years. I'd had the best and worst moments of my life here.

I stepped into Phil's office and saw there were two boxes on his desk. That was odd, he told me he only needed me to pick up one.

I looked at the one to the right and saw there was a sticky note on top that read Demi on it. That must be mine.

I glanced at the box to see what type of things were in here. It looked like trophies, records, magazines of my first everything. I also saw a lot of pictures from my early career. I was shocked when I looked on top and saw this picture sitting on top of all of the other items.

It was a photo of Joe and I when we had first started getting close on the set of Camp Rock. I smiled to myself a bit before turning the photo around and seeing the writing on the back of the photo.

Joe and Demi. November 2007. Friends forever.

I sighed. That was also bittersweet for me to see that moment. Too bad both of us had lied when we wrote that on the back. I mean, it wasn't that we were in bad terms or anything. We weren't friends either though. Not friends, not enemies. Just strangers with some memories.

A lot of memories. 10 years worth.

I stared at the photo as I silently thought back to the day when I first met Joe, Nick, and Kevin.

Pilot season- LA

"MOM!" I screamed. "I can't believe we actually got this audition!" I squealed as we pulled into the Disney studio in Burbank for the first time since sending them my audition tape.

"Okay Demi, calm down. We're all in the same car," she said with a chuckle.

"Sorry mom. I'm just so excited," I said.

I could hardly keep it in.

Just as I was about to open my car door to go in my mom's phone started ringing.

"Oh, it's them!" She said as she flipped it open and held it to her ear. "Hello, this is Dianna De La Garza. How can I help you?" She said greeting the caller.

I couldn't make our exactly what they were saying but this is when the extreme anxiety set in. I was starting to worry about if they had changed their mind about me. I looked at my outfit and questioned it. Should I have tried to dress up more? Should I have curled my hair instead of wearing it straight?
