(Robin's POV)
We head to the distress signal and we see the girl from earlier, walking out of a smoking building. This time, she had a red vile. She looked almost surprised to 'see' us. "Hey! How are you doing, Titans? I didn't really get to introduce myself... I am Luna." She say bowing.
"Enough, just hand over the vile." I commanded.
She sighed and shook her head. "You really don't get it, do you?" Luna starts walking, and every time she takes a step, a rock step forms, until she is extremely high above us. "I just need to take the vile... it's for.... special reasons."
"You are not going to take the vile!" Starfire shouted.
"Titans, Go!"
Luna shifted her feet. "I know where you are at. don't even try to hide."
Cyborg aimed his arm laser and shot, causing Luna's rock tower to fall. She barley caught herself with a struggled moan, as a rock went under her. She stood back up, dusting the dirt off her. She shifted her feet again, and went into a battle stance. I charged at her, with speed, know to keep my guard up. Right when I was going to kick her, I noticed chains in her hands, and what she was standing on. But I was too late to react. Luna waved up her hands, and every muscle I had, froze and tensed up. The only thing I could move where my eyes. All I could see is the Titans standing in disbelief. Then I saw Luna, she was frozen inside too, with her eyes open. Suddenly, she closed them and breathed hotly through her nose. Luna and I where in a giant frozen water bubble. She was able to move. When she got close to me, the ice melted and was replaced with water. I still couldn't move. She put the chains she had in her hands and rapped it around my arms and under the drain. The water let go and I was tightened to the drain. I was coughing and wheezing for air. We were both drenched with water.
"Did you like that trick, Robin? I made it myself."
I tried to lunge at her, but I was chained onto the drain. She turned around rubbing her hands and said, "Alright! Who's next?!"(Raven's POV)
For a girl who can't see, she can kick butt. I can feel energy coming off of her. She is truly a strange person indeed. I floated up over her and said, "Alright, it's about time we finish this!"
She looked around complaining, "How can I kick your butt if I cannot sense you, child of Azerath?!"
How does she know where I live? It doesn't matter, I'm going to finish this nonsense. I said my chant, "Azerath... Metrion... Zinthos!"
Giant hands wrapped around her, and she struggled helplessly.
"Let me go!" Luna demanded.
"You're not going anywhere." Beastboy implied.
Luna groans and her head flops her head forward. She quietly mumbles,
"You are probably the hardest villains I've ever fought...."
I looked confused, us, villains?
"We are the heroes, you're the villain."
Robin said behind me. Oh, right, he's still chained to the drain. Oops. With one hand holding Luna, I used the other hand to snap the chain off of Robin's wrists. He stood up, rubbing his wrists, "Thanks."
I nodded and returned my attention to the girl. "I am the hero! My leader said you were disrupting the good in this city!" Luna spit.
Before I could tighten my grip around her, Robin gave an order.
"Take her to the tower. I'm going to ask her some questions."

(Luna's POV)
I'm sitting in a isolated area. My hands lock onto a table. The table screwed into the ground. So it was no use picking up the table. Shoot. I'm in a pickle now. The leader, Robin, comes into the room, and sits on the chair on the opposite side. He wasn't going to get anything out of me. Thankfully, I'm bilingual.
"So, Luna, why did you steal the chemicals?"
"Watashi no rīdā ga amarini mo watashi ni itta riyū!"
Robin closes his eyes and groaned. He turns around and says, "Cyborg, we have a bilingual, here. Turn on the translator."
T-Translator?!?
"Now, why did you do it?"
"B-Because... my leader told me too..." I looked down, ashamed.
"Who is your leader?!" He said, demanding. "Don't worry, no one is listening. It's just you and me."
I felt his heart beat picking up. He's lying. "Lair." I spat.
"I-I'm not lying!" He retorted.
I noticed there there was some small but sharp pebbles near Robin's feet. I flicked my chin back, and the rocks flung on the window and it shattered. Revealing everyone. Thank you feet and vibrations.
