"What?" Yuta asked with a laugh.

"Your piercings are really pretty," Hyunjae smiled as she continued sketching on her iPad.

She always noticed the small details about Yuta when she was drawing. His piercings were really pretty. He had a lot and she was jealous. She wanted more piercings but needles were not her thing. She was barely able to get her regular earring piercings. Then again she was pretty young at the time, but still needles scared her.

"Thanks," he smiled blushing a bit not expecting the random compliment.

They were sitting on the floor in yuta's dorm side by side. Hyunjae was drawing and he was watching. He wanted to see her process of it all since he was so intrigued by it.

"So what's today's assignment?" He asked.

"Today it's just an illustration of a picture. So we have to take a picture of whatever we want and then recreate it in a different form, it could be painting, sketching, digital, all of that," she chuckled as she began shading.

"That's so cool, how are you so talented?" He asked in awe.

"It's a gift, kidding it took me a whole lot of practice and cringey ugly drawings."

"Highly doubt you could create anything ugly," he chuckled amused.

"Wanna bet?" She asked saving her work.

Yuta laughed, "Actually I do. Let's see it."

She groaned opening up another folder. She couldn't believe she was showing him this. Nobody got to see her old art ever. She clicked on a drawing that looked like it had been done by a third grader, cause it was. It was a drawing of a house and of course the background and sky.

"Look at the sun and house it's so ugly," she groaned.

Yuta laughed seeing the drawing, "You do know that all kids draw their suns and houses like this right?"

"Yeah but I was like nine!" She mumbled sadly.

"And? Trust me when I tell you I used to draw like this until I was like thirteen," he chuckled, "Now I'm okay."

"You should draw something," she smiled at him to encourage him.

"Hmm I'll think about it. I'd rather keep painting." He chuckled.

Hyunjae looked at the time, "aw crap, my class starts soon I gotta go."

"Your design class huh," Yuta said standing up holding his hand out.

She nodded taking his hand to stand up, "I'll walk with you. I'm heading to Sicheng's dorm."

"Lameeee," she singsonged.

"You're just mad you're gonna be stuck in class," He replied booping her nose.

She laughed at his gesture, "You're not wrong, but honestly I kinda just wanna nap."

"You're literally a cat in human form it's kind of funny," he admitted handing her her backpack.

"You're the same though," she laughed at him.

"I won't deny that."

Hyunjae sat in class bored. She just wanted to get out and spend time with her friends. Though she did enjoy this class today was sadly a lecture day. She didn't mind lab days because all she had to do was draw or sketch or plan, but lecture day sucked.
