My Master's Master

I felt the pull of the two contracts bind together with an order from my master's master. I couldn't deny him his request and, to be quite honest, I didn't want to. My head tilted up toward him and I fire burned within me.



His pupils began to shift until his burning crimson eyes were filled with the same swirling and brilliant fuchsia I'd seen in Sebastian's eyes so many times before. He reached down and took hold of my shin between his slender fingers while his other hand snaked around my waist as he pulled me closer to him.



I swear, my heart felt like it was about to explode as my pulse pounded in my head. His face got increasingly closer to mine and I suddenly forgot how to breathe.



I was trapped between him and the wall. But, despite all my normal instincts to fight back and run, I was ok with it. I didn't want to move, I wanted to feel his lips on mine, and not just because of the demon contract. It was something else. Something more.



His lips pressed gently against mine and fire spread across my cheeks. My lips parted and his tongue slipped into my mouth. I leaned into him and through my arm around his neck as we kissed. His hand slid up from my waist until he reached my neck.



My eyes snapped open as he took hold of the ribbon and pulled it away from my neck. I pulled away from him and my lungs finally remembered how to breathe. I lifted a hand to cover my neck but Ciel grabbed hold of my wrist and stared at the mark with glowing eyes.



"Sebastian," he quietly growled his name before shouting out, "Sebastian! Get in here now!"



I shook my head, "No Ciel! Please!?" But it was too late. My mark glowed red hot and I hissed, falling back against the wall and slid down slightly.



The doors flew open as Sebastian walked in. he bowed deeply as if nothing was wrong, "Yes, Young Master?"



That's when the pain grew to be too much, and I slid to the ground. Ciel screamed something at Sebastian but I couldn't make out the words. He nodded answering calmly, and I blacked out.
