Homes Sweet Homes (Part 2)

A couple of weeks had passed and Cooper and the kids were back in Pop Village.

The kids helped Cooper unpack in his mushroom.

Cooper said, "Thanks for coming with me to stay with the family. But, I don't feel like I've made a decision on where to stay yet."

Priscilla answered, "Well, all we have to do is look over what makes Pop Village a great place to live, and then we'll figure out which place is good for you to stay in."

CJ said, "Although, I gotta admit; I'm already on Team Vibe City."

Keith looked at her and said, "Well, we'll see if you're still on that team after we've checked out the fun of Pop Village."

They started with listening to a band playing Pop music.

Keith sighed and said, "So catchy! So upbeat! Wouldn't listen to any other form of music!"

CJ did like it, but still liked Funk music just as much, "Yeah, but I think I'm gonna ask my Aunt DJ if it's OK that I learn how to play a keyboard."

Next, they got a couple of ice creams.

Keith said, "Super sweet! I mean, I may get cavities later one, but it's worth it!"

CJ was still thinking about the fried chicken they had in Vibe City, "Yeah, but Queen Essence cooks the best chicken I've ever tasted!"

Finally, they flew around on some flyer bugs.

Keith shouted out, "Now, this is the only way to travel!"

CJ slightly like the bubbles from Vibe City more, "I kind of like the way the bubbles of Vibe City give us a more...floaty view of Vibe City."

They went back to Cooper's mushroom to discuss which place Cooper should pick to stay.

Priscilla wrote on a chalkboard a list of every reason the two places are great places to stay.

But once she was finished, it seemed like they both had an equal number of reasons.

They all gasped and Cooper said, "How am I supposed to pick when they're both equally fun?"

Priscilla stated, "There must be a way to break the tie."

CJ said, "I honestly think that he should pick Vibe City because of the music and fun foods and the bright night lights!"

Keith did not agree with her, "Are you crazy? Pop Village has ore stuff to do and sweeter foods than over there."

Priscilla tried to calm them down, "You guys, you do realize this isn't your decision, right?"

They both shouted, "Yes! But, we don't want him in the wrong place."

As Cooper watched them argue, he made a sad look.

When they noticed him, they stopped arguing.

Priscilla asked, "Cooper? You OK?"

Cooper sadly said, "Nope. Because let's face it; I pretty much have two families. In Pop Village and in Vibe City. If I choose one, I'd basically be letting the other down. I just don't think I'll ever choose without hurting someone."

Cooper then left the mushroom.

CJ and Keith knew that their arguing was a part of it.

CJ looked at Keith and said, "I'm sorry, Keith. I guess I got a litle too awestruck with Vibe City."

Keith then said, "I'm sorry, too. I guess I forgot that I need to experience life outside of Pop."

Priscilla loved that they made up and said, "Now, that you've made amends, we need to figure out how we can help Cooper with his decision."

Keith said, "They're both great places to live and he does have family in each place. It would be a hard decision."

CJ added, "I honestly don't know how we can pick one when they both have a good amount of reasons for living there."

Priscilla just said, "Well, we've gotta think of something or Cooper's gonna end up making a sad desicion."

Keith then scoffed, "I don't see why he has to pick one place to live anyways."

The trio thought about what he just said and then gasped.

CJ thrillingly said, "That's it! He thinks he has to pick a permanent home because he's used to staying in one place with one family. But, now that he's got two families, he thinks that choosing one will mean that he'd be with his real family."

Priscilla said, "I think what we need to do is bring these two families together to help."

Keith and CJ agree.

They high-fived and yelled out, "Go, Team!"

They then left Cooper's mushroom to get to work.
