The Goblin Liaison Office is part of the Being Division within the Department for the Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures, with the difficult task of being responsible for goblin relations.
As Goblins run Gringott's Wizarding Bank, have their own magical powers and are very vocal about the inequalities to their race from being banned wands, the Goblin Liaison Office is in almost constant negotiation with Goblin rights groups.
