Days have passed without Tine and Sarawat exchanging words to each other.

Tine really did pursue Pear. Now they're dating. He should be happy by now that Pear feels the same with him.

But something feels off. Tine doesn't quite  understand it.

He thought maybe he's feeling guilty because despite Sarawat who obviously still felt awkward around his past girlfriend, he still continue to chase after Pear.

It's just doesn't feel right for Tine. It's not reasonable to just throw the good relationship they've build when they're still pretending to be boyfriends.

The first few days, Tine still tried approaching Sarawat but the latter wouldn't even look at him.

"Sarawat," called by Tine, walking closer to  where the handsome boy busy tuning his guitar in one corner of the music club.

Sarawat didn't pay attention to him. Continue doing his business when two feet halted in front of him.

"Ai'Wat..." Tine calls on him one more time.

The other guy refrain from what he was doing, rest his back, his eyes looking around without throwing a glance to the person in front.

Apparently he stopped whatever he was doing to at least hear what was Tine needed from him.

"Can we talk?"

"..."

Sarawat blew an exasperating sigh.

"I thought we're done talking." Sarawat uttered unconcerned.

Tine staring at Sarawat who's not even lifting his head to look at him.

"Do you hate me that much?" Tine asked but for some reason, he feels like he was stabbed by his own words.

This time Sarawat lifted his head, sharply stare at Tine.

And that look pierced Tine's heart. His hand suddenly felt trembling he couldn't explain why.

'...Don't look at me like that.' he thought.

Sarawat saw how disturbed Tine looks at that moment. He could never hate Tine.

He withdraw his eyes from Tine, trying to calm himself and then he looked at Tine again. This time he looked at him like how he usually do.

"I don't hate you."

Tine felt relieved as he unconsciously nodded.

"Then... why were you avoiding me?" Tine still asked even though he was quite sure it's about him dating Pear, his ex-girlfriend.

The people inside the club apparently getting curious of what is going on between them and Tine couldn't blame anyone as they thought all along that he and Sarawat were seriously dating. Only to get to know the truth that it's just all an act. And now he's dating another member of the club who's not present at the moment.

"I'm not avoiding you." Sarawat answered Tine.

Tine's eyebrows frowned. "Then what are you doing? Not talking to me.... You don't even look at me...." Tine realized he sounds nagging then tried to calm himself.

"Do I have to?"

"What?... Aren't we friends?"

Sarawat scoffed, "I never thought of you as my friend."

Tine felt dejected. He couldn't believe he could hear those words from Sarawat.

He doesn't know what to feel if he'll get mad or sad knowing Sarawat doesn't regard him as his friend all along...
