A rebound love?

What a joke! How could I do something like that? Especially to someone like Kim Jiwoo? She's an amazing girl! She's nice, pretty, smart, she even cook so well! How could I do something like that? I don't believe what he talked about that day.

No, this is not rebound love. This is not a rebound love.

"Hoseok, I got the ticket! Uhh-- but don't you think the popcorn size is too small for both of us?" Jiwoo came to me grinning and waving with the ticket before she notice the popcorn that I'm holding.

"Oh, I usually bought regular size because Chaewon doe-" oh shit- "I-I mean-"

"I-It's fine.. L-Let's just get in." She stuttered a little and walk ahead of me. Damn, what I've done.

I don't know if I should be glad or worried because the movie started immediately after we get in. Ever since we get in, Jiwoo doesn't looks happy. I mean, of course-- who would looked all happy and smiley when I casually bring back my ex's name just because this stupid brain of mind couldn't seem to stop thinking about her?

"Jay?" w-wait, no. It can't be.

"Chaewonnie?" I turned to my left and find her sitting beside me. "How-"

"Who are you talking to, honey?" oh. She's not alone. Of course.

"Oh, it's my friend. Jay." She whispers softly to her boyfriend before sparing me a glance that hide hundreds of meanings.

What?

I should stop talking to her so her boyfriend won't wondering about me?

Or it's because the cinema is so quiet so we should stop talking?

Or maybe she notices a pretty girl beside me- wait, Jiwoo?

I turned to her and surprisingly she was calmly watching the movie. How could she looks so focus on the movie in the situation like this?

'She didn't bother to think of her ex unlike you, Jung Hoseok.'

Oh, shut up.

She notices I was staring at her, so she grabs my hand and give a slight squeeze before flash me a smile. God, I really don't deserve her.

Without I realize, the movie has come to the end. I couldn't focus through the whole movie with Chaewon on my left and Jiwoo on my right, holding my hand tight. I feel so bad and my heart was beating fast as if I just ran hundred miles. The light turns on again and my focus immediately landed on Chaewon who looked perfectly fine like she always be.

"I gotta leave first, see you again." She flashed me a smile as she stands up and I was about to say something to her before-

"Yoongi oppa?" A familiar voice coming from my right.

"Jiwoo-ya? What are you doing here?"

Oh right, I don't know how many times I forgot about Jiwoo's existence today. I should've know that Chaewon would obviously coming with Yoongi! They're dating! Why I keep forgetting the fact that I'm with Jiwoo right now while Yoongi is the one who broke her heart?!

Why I couldn't think about her a little more for one second?
