"Wanna dance with me?"
That's the last thing I remember from last night before both of us hit the dance floor. I don't know if it's because of the whiskey I took earlier or the way she made me feel, or maybe because I was lonely and broken hearted, but we dance hard that night. Not just on the dance floor but also between the bedsheet.
"You're beautiful." I muttered, eyeing her figure who laying close beside me. She opened her eyes and I saw stars dancing inside. She smiled at me.
"Typical words. I've heard that before." She giggles before snuggle closer to me. "But I like it when it came from your sweet lips." She added and unconsciously my lips let out small chuckles.
"You're a good flirt, you make my heart skip a bit."
"I'm not flirting, I'm stating the facts." She looked up to me and pouting her red lips. My hands reached out to caress her cheeks and slowly move to her neck, caressing the art that I've created last night.
"Thank you. I think this is the feeling of being loved. It's nice." I mumbled slowly and let out a long sigh.
"What do you mean?" It caught her attention, I guess.
"You wanted to know? It's just a boring love story of mine. A girl like you would just laugh at me." I messed with my hair before looking down back at her who furrows her eyebrow.
"I'm a good girl, why would I laugh at your love story? Look, if you're still hesitating, let's make a deal. I will tell you about my sick love story as well if you tell me about yours. It's fair, isn't it? Deal?"
A simple deal that become a start of complicating feelings.
"Deal."
After I ended the whole story about me and my ex, Park Chaewon, Jiwoo looked at me with her adorable eye gaze that speak million words to me. The thing is, I'm not sure which one to believe.
"Her name sounds familiar, but Park Chaewon and Kim Jiwoo, who's prettier?" a first question came out from her and I was taken back. Never cross my mind to compare both of them.
Well, Jiwoo is beautiful but-
"Your ex? or me?" She asked seriously as if my decision will bring the world's peace and end a war.
"I want an honest answer, Jung Hoseok. I'm nobody but a stranger that happened to be your dance partner on the dance floor and here, on the bed. The question doesn't mean anything, I just wanted to imagine, how beautiful she is? That you're head over heels for her. So, I need comparison and-" Her blabbering stopped when she notices me reach out my hand to get my phone.
After looking up for a while, I show her the picture of Chaewon from her social media.
"She's.... pretty. Like so pretty." She took the phone and explore Chaewon's page.
I studied her face from time to time, how her lips move when she pouts, how pretty her eyelashes when she blinks and how beautiful her eyes when she look at me.
"I got the answer now, she's prettier than me."
"Yeah, but you're my beautiful stranger."
