Flashback.

"Ez why did you do it?" I said sadly.

"Penelope I had to, I lost sight of the guy and turned around scared and shot that cop" He said sadly.

"Exactly and for what Ezekiel?" I Said angrily.

"My mom needed justice" He spat.

"Look how that turned out Ez your behind fucking bars!" I yelled.

"What the fuck do you want me to do Penelope huh?!" He sighed.

"Penelope just go ok?" Ez said firmly.

"Ez, Dont do this" I cried.

"I can't take you down with me" Ez sighed.

"Sure, cause breaking my Hearts easier right? Take care Ezekiel " I said as tears ran down my face.

"I said leave Penelope, I think it's best if we stop before people get hurt." He said looking me dead in the eyes.

"Think we are passed that Ez, you wanna do this alone fine!" I yelled slamming my sonograms on the table.

"So will i" I said taking off my engagement ring and placing it on the table.

Ez looked down in pure shock as I stormed out tears falling down my face. I quickly ran out hearing him yelling from behind me. The guards stopping him from coming any further.

Present.

I smiled as I pulled up to The Reyes house, seeing Angel's bike parked. I quickly turned off my car, stepping out walking to the door and stepping inside.

"No uncle Angel that tickles" Ezekiel squealed.

I smiled at the sight of Angel tickling my 5 year old. Him squealing and kicking his feet, turning to look at me.

"Mama!" He laughed

"Hey there, how my boys doing?" I laughed.

"Tell mom what we did today?" Angel smiled.

"Uncle Angel took me on my first ride today mama!" He smiled happily.

"Did he now?" I smiled. Thoughts crossing my head wishing his dad could be the one showing him.

"Yes, don't worry I took all safety precautions and pops was there the whole time" Angel smiled.

"Y'all hungry? Grandpa is meeting us at our house let's go?" I smiled.

Angel scooped up Ezekiel as we grabbed our things locking up the house. Angel buckled him in and ruffled his hair.

"Race ya!" Angel joked getting in his bike.

We quickly pulled out and began driving down the road Angel revving his engine a smile on his face as he drove passed us. I smiled, hearing Ezekiel in the back giggling away. About 10 minutes later we pulled into the driveway.

"Pop is coming, he is closing up shop" Angel smiled from the porch.

"No fair" Ezekiel pouted to Angel.

"To slow buddy" Angel smiled picking him up.

I laughed opening the door and turning the lights on. Walking into the kitchen to prepare dinner. Angel sighed as he walked into the kitchen, grabbing a beer.

"Thanks for helping pop watch him today while I ran errands" I smiled grabbing a beer myself.

"You know it ain't no problem PJ" He smiled.
