I haven't talked much or mentioned the guy of my dreams much because that's all he was, was just a dream. Someone that only exist in my dream filled head.
Instead of a few feet in front me. Talking casually away to Eric as I stand off in the dressing room door way watching them. Like a bone a fied creeper.
"Do you know who that is?" I asked Nikki when she appeared next to me.
"That is Evan Park. He is Eric business partner." She shrugged. "I've only meet him a few times."
"Is he fairly close with Eric?"
"I believe so. But I don't know, why?" My eyes looked over to Nikki seeing her eyebrows pulled in as she stared at me.
"That's my coconut." Tilting my head back to Evan.
Her eyes went wide before she snapped back her gaze to him. "Is that the reason why you fainted earlier? I thought it was for lack of water or something."
I shrugged my shoulders. "I don't know what caused me to fait." Looking back over to Evan. "But I do know that the minute I saw him, it was like my dream all of a sudden came to life. And for the first time since we moved here." I felt my body start to shake in voluntary. "I'm terrified."
"Now you know how I felt when I saw and meet Eric for the first time." Nikki chuckled.
I scoffed. Straining my eyes over Evan. He was exactly what I dreamed about. Tall, built, dark shaggy hair, a smile that could kill with a matching set of deep dimples. His eyes the color of chocolate. Wide but expressive. He was even more beautiful in person.
"Go talk to him." Nikki nudged my shoulder.
"Hell no!" I shouted, spinning to look at her.
"Something the matter you two?" Eric voice boomed out.
My body went stiff as I slowly turned to look back over at Evan. He was staring directly at me, a look of amusement on his face. As we locked eyes he smiled his handsome dimple smile. Which made me quickly slam the door shut. Not giving Nikki any time to respond back to Eric.
Instead though she busted out laughing at the way I was acting. She found me being all flustered like this funny. But it made me mad. Now I know how she felt when I'd pick on her.
"Your hilarious Amy." She wrapped her arms around my shoulders. "Just wait until you sleep with him. It will be my turn to poke fun at you."
"Oh my god." I buried my face into my hands. "Don't mention that please. He's a freak in the bed."
"Who's a freak in bed?"
I let out the loudest scream I have ever had, jumping forward before spinning around to see who in the hell scared me. The kids flinched by my yelling but went back to whatever it is that they were doing. Nikki jumped as well but not by who ever talked. But by my shout.
There standing in the now open door is Eric and Evan. My hand covered half my face as I felt my skin flush hot with embarrassment and for the fact I was in an even closer proximity to Evan.
"Amy was just telling me how-"
"Shut up Nikki!" I screamed again, cutting her off. My eyes drifting from her back to Evans. Who seemed to be enjoying our little dispute.
"Oh this is to good." Nikki giggled.
"Amy you okay?" Eric asked me. I responded by nodding my head. Afraid to open my mouth at the moment. "Fair enough. I want to introduce someone to the both of you." He slapped his hand onto Evan shoulder. "This here is my best friend like brother Evan Park. He is also my business partner and sponsor."
"Nice to meet you." He nodded to Nikki before looking at me. "Pleasure to meet you as well Amy." His voice went low as his eyes darken while staring at me.
My body felt like melting into a puddle. This look I have seen many times in my dream. But I never thought I'd get to see it in person.
"Same." My voice squeaked causing me to slap my hand over my mouth once more.
Evan chuckled at me before nodding over towards the kids. "What are there names?"
Nikki called over our kids. Leann running to her as Maddox ran over to me. "This is my daughter Leann." Nikki gave Leann a kiss to the top of her head.
Evan smiled at her before walking to stand a few feet in front of me. "And his?" His head tilting sideways as he looked at me.
"Maddox. My pride and joy." I glanced at Maddox seeing him smiling up at me, before wrapping his arms around my legs in a hug.
Evan squatted down to Maddox height, giving him a huge dimple filled smile. "Hello Maddox."
"Hi." Maddox gave him a shy smile. His dimples shinning through as well. Before burying his face into my leg.
Evan laughed before standing up to look at me. "Your son is very sweet. I adore his smile."
It was my turn to laugh now. "I've always loved his smile. His dimples are my favorite feature on him."
"If you love dimple smiles then you must adore mine as well?"
I was rendered speechless. My mouth open and shut like a flopping fish. Not knowing what to say or even how to respond to that. Yes I loved his smile. But I sure in hell wasn't going to let him know that.
He let out another small laugh before touching my chin. Keeping my mouth shut. "I'm sorry to tease you like that. I just find your flushed cheeks adorable." He sent me a wink. Re heating my face once more.
This boy. I swear.
"I have to ask you though." He leaned closer to me, seeming to be examining my face closely. "Have we meet before?" Eyes locked in on each other. "I'm so certain we have. I remember your eyes so vividly. As if from a dream."
"Maybe we have seen each other in passing through town." I whispered.
"Or maybe in a passion filled sex dream." Nikki chuckled out. This girl is gonna get hurt soon.
Evans eyes seem to widen slightly as if realizing something before backing off. Walking away from my frozen state. "Well Eric I must be off. I just stopped by to see how you were doing."
"See you later." Eric patted Evan shoulder as he walked out of the dressing room. Waving bye to Nikki and me, plus our kids.
My body felt like jelly the moment he was out of sight. Making me collapse into a near by chair. "I'm ready to go home." I groaned out. "Today has officially been to much for me."
"You just wanna go home so you can have fun time in your shower since you got to meet coconut."
I chucked a empty water bottle at Nikki. Making her squeal and hide halfway behind Eric.
"Who the hell is coconut?"
I busted out laughing along with Nikki. "Don't worry about it pineapple."
Eric narrowed his eyes at me before turning on Nikki. "You will explain to me the meaning of these stupid nicknames you and Amy have given out."
"Sure." I laughed out. "As soon as we have coconut in the same room to make a pina colada."
Nikki and me brought out a new round of laughs. Both of us not being able to breath as Eric face flashed a look of disappointment and annoyance, while shaking his head in exasperation.
"You two are gonna drive me crazy."
