Chapter 11

Second Person POV

"Welcome to my village," Kohaku said pointing to all of its wonders from afar.

"How many people are currently situated here," you asked the blond.

"To be honest I'm not quite sure, I think there is to be at least forty though."

Forty people, You thought.

Kohaku and the rest of them apparently don't know anything about modern technologies, so this must be a settlement of revived people, which means, they must have been a first-generation, Senku thought as if that were the only logical answer. 

Out of nowhere, two men came running at the two of you, one had brown hair and green eyes, and the other had blond hair and green eyes. Deciding it would be best you blocked both of their spears by kicking its wooden parts. Stepping in Kohaku approached the two men.

"Don't be violent Kinro, Ginro, these two saved my life," she stated glaring at the two.

Kinro and Ginro huh, when translated their names mean, golden wolf, and silver wolf.

"Outsiders aren't allowed in the village, remember, the chief's gonna be mad at you?" the blond spoke.

"That's right it's a simple fact. Rules are rules," the other said.

Judging by their looks and names, I can only assume the two are brother, you though letting your mind go off-topic.

"There are no people outside of the village, all those outside are considered criminals who have been further banished," the blond spoke once more.

"Therefore, we can't let you in," his brother finished. 

Senku just stared at them, you wondered what he was thinking of at this given moment, looking to your right you see Kohaku staring at the two in front of her like she was about to kill them. "Oh? You leave me no choice then, shall we fight right here and now? Oh dear, it's two on one, guess the two of you have an advantage," she said pulling out the two weapons gripping them as if she was getting ready to hurt someone.

Chuckling Senku made his way to the pot full of hot spring water Kohaku had brought, "You're so short-tempered, and you make such nasty faces." Adjusting her vision she looked at what Senku had pulled out of his pocket.

Curious as to what it was she stepped closer only to see Senku had brought out a bar of soap and began to dunk it in the water, not like she knew what soap was though. Rubbing his index finger and thumb together Senku made the 'okay' sign with his hands only to be met with what seemed to be a clear water-like substance present between his fingers.

Slightly blowing clear spheres began flowing out.

Now you understand, by showing the two brothers this cool trick maybe he could persuade them into letting the two of you in.

As the two brothers had never seen such a thing they began to panic, looking around them they found bubbles everywhere, they thought that maybe if they were to poke them something were to happen, which it did, they either popped or multiplied.

"What is this, what are these suspicious floating orbs," one of the brothers spoke.

So that's what level their on, huh? Senku thought, testing out how smart they were.

Laughing at the two's stupidity he spoke, "I guess I'll be taking all of this them, I'm going to get all forty of you on my side with science."

"And I thought he said I made nasty faces," Kohaku said looking towards Senku's face which currently spelled out cocky.

Looking back at the green-eyed boys you realized they were still trying to get rid of the bubbles. "I can't stop them, the more I stab, the more appear, alright then, I'll have to use my special technic. SPECIAL TECHNIC: let someone else handle it!!" the blond said running off towards the village screaming for someone named Chrome to come.

 Coincidentally someone came, "Quit freaking out Ginro,"  So now I can tell the difference from Ginro and who's Kinro, you though.

"I saw these from the coast, I'd be crazy to not have come here right away. Hey, I'm Chrome, I'm insanely smart, a real sorcerer," Yes insanely smart, because sorcery is a real thing now, you rolled your eyes.

"Look's like we won't have to find him after all, Senku, (Y/n), this was the man I was talking about yesterday."

"A sorcerer, heh?" Senku said not really paying attention.

"I'm Senku, and the girl beside me is (Y/n), we're both scientists, and well she's also a martial artist."

"Nice to meet you," you greeted politely.

"Don't let him scare you with his cheap sorcery, Kinro, Ginro. You can make plenty of this stuff from coal suds," Chrome said popping a few bubbles.

As he said this he caught the attention and both you and Senku.

"I wasn't scared, you'd be a fool to not be cautious of the unknown," the brunette shot back.

"The only reason why I came here was to challenge this guy to a sorcery match, I want him to know that I'm the smartest guy around, you guys better not interfere."

Showing off his awesome talent he made a fire, not only did this kind of scare Ginro, but it also made you and Senku face-palm. 

"Check out my badass sorcery, I am the master of flames!" 

As if that weren't cool enough he began to add different things to the fire making it change colors.

"That isn't sorcery, by adding different types of minerals you can change the color of fire, for example, if you want pink flames, you need to add lithium chloride," you stated a matter a factly.

"In this situation you used, salt, copper, and sulfur to create each color of flames you put on display," Senku said adding to your observation.

"Wait, whats copper copper sulfate or whatever you just said?" Chrome said not understanding how the man in front of him figured out what he was doing from the very start.

"Here let me give you an example, by any chance did you find any blue crystals in a cave," you said trying to simplify what Senku had said earlier.

How do they know about the blue crystals?

Noticing Kohaku's obvious boredness Chrome decided it would be best to try and pick himself up.

"Hahaha, don't try and think that that was the only thing I had up my sleeve because there is plenty more where that came from, just wait right here," he said making his way into a little hut that I presume he made.

"I'm going to show you something that can actually be weaponized, this one's legit trust me!"

Coming back out you found him struggling to rub what seemed to be a dark brown sphere. When he was done and out of breath, he went over to Ginro only to have slightly shocked him with the static electricity he had gained from rubbing the sphere. Once again Senku took the upper hand and took said sphere out of his hands and wrapped it in a cloth. 

When he was done he went back to Chrome and used all the static electricity he created and shocked him. You giggled at the sight, there was never really a time where you had seen Senku with weirder hair, now looking at him his entire head looked like a pom-pom.

The others stared at him in either shock or fear.

"What is this, a kid's science experiment class?"

Turning around and looking forwards, something caught Senku's eye.
