Chapter 37

Kageyama's POV

Day 5 of this week-long training camp. Shouyo is getting used to the sand and is jumping higher. Just two more days! Hishou... is getting sandy EVERY DAY. It's tough getting the sand off of his fluffy as fur. I see now why Shouyo wanted to keep him off the sand. But other than that, I think we are bonding really well. 

"Tobio! Breakfast! Come on I'm hungry!" 

"Coming!" I replied and picked Hishou up and towards the front door of our cabin. 

"No races today Shouyo, I'm holding Hishou and I don't want to drop him," I said while shutting the door and locking it. 

"Aww, I was looking forward to our daily race." Shouyo pouted. We walked towards the main cabin. 

"Good morning!" We both exclaimed when we went in. 

"Good morning you two. Breakfast is almost done. Go take a seat." Cap'n replied. We sat next to each other at the end of Karasuno's table. Hishou's bowl was already made so I let him free to eat his own food. 

"You like it Hishou?" Shouyo asked. He barked in response and kept eating. 

"I'll take that as a yes." Shouyo giggled. We patiently waited for the others to come in. The cap'n's and the sub cap'n's were making breakfast. The others came in two by two. 

"Breakfast is served!" Both the captains exclaimed. The sub captains brought a plate each stacked with pancakes and The captains brought maple syrup, chocolate chips, butter, and few a few fruits as toppings. 

"Itadakimasu!" We all exclaimed and started to eat. There were tons! But we were able to eat it all. Cap'n knows us too well. He knows how many we are going to eat. I could never. 

"Thanks for the meal!" We said and grabbed our own plates to put back into the dishwasher. 

"Shouyo! Let's go to our morning run." I said picking Hishou up. 

"Yea!" Shouyo agreed and followed me out. We went back to our cabin to grab Hishou's leash and we headed out. 

"Ready... GO!" I exclaimed clicking start on the stopwatch and we both ran around the whole camp. 

(How do I explain them screaming as they run around? Uhh...) 

"UWOOOOO!" We screamed as we ran around the campus. 

( ^ That is what it sounds like right?)

"Stop!" I huffed and stopped the stopwatch. 10 minutes. 

"What was our last time?" Shouyo sighed. 

"11 minutes? I don't know." I said. 

"Okay. So we bet it?" 

"I guess?" 

"YEA!!"
