Chiyoku is a very crazy and loud person, she is also a very happy person despite her not having her big sister around anymore.
She also has a big obsession with blood like her sister only she shows it in combat and has more control of her urges.

Himiko and Chiyoku are sisters many people mistakes than to be twin because they look almost identical with some small differences but they're barely noticeable.
People could barely tell them apart the only thing that gave it away was that Himiko always had a big smile or grin while chiyoku was always having a little smile (as she looked more normal and not like a little psycho XD).
chiyoku is one year younger than himiko and they almost did everything together like play with dead animals or play catch (ya know the normal stuff little girls do :b).
chiyoku and Himiko don't always think the same hints to Himiko being a bit more violent than her younger sister but chiyoku isn't an angle ether to be exact
