I knew for a while that Bradley likes me. But he has never actually said it to my face. I've been waiting for ages for him to suddenly text me saying "I love you!"
The only thing is, he has a girlfriend. I dont know who this girl is as he wants her to be a secret. Don't ask me why.
I know he likes me because of the way he acts and texts. He does what any typical guy does when he likes a girl. Say "I love you" like he means it in a friend way. Tries to touch you at any possible chance. They are easy signs to spot.
I text Bradley a lot at night. We come home from school and its like a tradition. Sometimes I wait for him to text me first. But I know he's not going to quickly enough so I usually end up doing it.
My best friend Melody doesn't like Bradley though. Yeah I said we hang out in the same group but she says she only does it for me.
If I went out with Brad she would shoot me in the head 5 billion times and hope that it knocks some sense into me. Thats if it didn't kill me.
I was texting Brad one Thursday night and we had been talking for ages. He didn't know about my mother.
She was in a car accident 10 years ago. She died instantly.
"OMG bye" he said to me after I told him.
"No Brad, listen. I never really knew her. She died when i was only 7. I have vague memories so it doesn't really bother me." I explained wondering if he was crying on the other side.
"Can I tell you something?"
"Yeah of course"
"Well I maybe, sort of..."
"Spit it out Brad its only me" I said hoping it came out in a subtle tone.
"Fancy you don't tell anyone I'm sorry about your Mum okay bye."
