Our Mission Impossible pt2

Keith's POV

I can't believe I actually agreed to this, Lance, my baby sister, and my girlfriend were putting their lives on the line. Lance treats Y/N better than anyone I've seen him around, I trust him to protect and be there for my little sis, even if I wasn't there for her back then.
  "We're in position, what's the status your Y/N?" Lance asked over the coms. It was silent for a brief few seconds before hearing her response.
  "I'm in the system but you've got three soldiers heading your way," Y/N replied. All we have to do is wait for Axca's signal for us to retrieve the prisoners, beat some Altean butt, and leave with everyone.

Your POV

Axca started to set up the bombs above the ceiling while I kept an eye where the two paladins were located by surveillance. We left out a sign that read under construction, no one seemed to question it or even get near the room.
  "Hanerva is in the birds nest," I called through the coms, our intention is make the bomb a distraction for the guys to lead the prisoners on the buses. Not kill the enemy as much as we want to.
  "We got a one more box of bombs until it's time for action," Axca said through her microphone com. Place the bombs weren't easy as they seemed, one sudden movement and they'll go off.

Axca slowly ripped of the plastic that covered the sticky side of the bomb as she placed it above the ceiling, I mainly kept an eye on Lance and Keith knowing they'll do something crazy. Keith was kept glaring at anyone near the area, but Lance on the other hand was chatting with the three soldiers I told him about.
  "And she's the most beautiful girl in the universe and beyond" Lance dreamily stated, my face heated up once as soon he finished. Little does he know I heard what he said, and we were going to have a long conversation.

  "All bombs are set, Let's move!" Axca exclaimed while putting her helmet on and put the cover on (she can still see just so you know). Axca and I casually walked out of the room, the both of us went into different busses near the exit. Acxa activated the bombs causing the building to shake, it wasn't long till we seen a herd of humans running in the busses. I put the vehicles on autopilot as they drove back to the Garrison. Keith and Lance now wearing their Paladin armor got into the extra busses and drove off with the remaining prisoners.
  "GUYS WE DID IT!" Lance cheered on his side of the com, this made us all laugh as the now free humans cheered as well.

The ride home was faster then going to Hanerva's base, as we made it to the gate we were met up by Veronica, Shiro, Lance's mother, and my mom. "Well were in trouble" I thought as we parked the busses. All the humans rushed out of the busses being greeted or finding their loved ones. Shiro approached the four of us as we bowed our head in shame, he didn't look happy.
  "First you all sneak out with my permission, endangered yourselves and..." Shiro rose his voice causing us to feel ashamed.

  "And saved all these innocent lives. I'm proud of your four," Shiro said hugging us, our mothers joined as well. All the humans we saved had thanked us and were taken by Garrison troops to get them checked for injuries and give them homes.

Mrs. McClain came up to me and hugged Lance and I.
  "Oh hija did they hurt you, oooohhh if they did. I'LL GIVE THEM THE CHANCLA!" Mrs.McClain exclaimed while holding a flip flop. Lance and I laughed.

  "I'm fine Mrs.McClain, Lance protected me the whole time" I smiled, she gave me a warm smile before handing me a bag.
  "I made you pollo cocido con arroz,(cooked rice with rice)" she said as I unpacked the bag to find the tray with a spork a long with it. As soon as I opened the lid it steam up with the delicious scent. The first bite was amazing! The flavors all exploded all at once.
  "Thank you for this heavenly meal Mrs.McClain," I hugged her. She laughed softly and released from the embrace.
  "Please just call me mamá for now hija," she replied.

By now I fully respect mamá as a true warrior, her meals could tame any viscous creature. Lance laughed as I continued to chow down on the meal.
  "Can I have some?" Lance pleaded. I scooped a spoon full of chicken and rice feeding it to him. Veronica cooed at the two of us while mamá took a picture of us, Lance and I blushed and faced in different directions.

In the corner of my eye I seen Lance had a bit of rice on his face, without thinking I wiped it from his mouth causing the two girls to squeal.
  "You had a bit of rice on your face," I replied walking away with Axca who finished talking to Keith and Shiro. Axca and I went to Pidge's room and hanged out in her room since Romelle and Allura were having a make over, which still scares the three of us, so we just watched a movie and talked.

Sorry it was late but I have a reason😁. My parents decided were getting a new dog and his name is Chico (something like that). We finally get see him! Stay safe lil palidins!💙💚🖤❤💛
