Tine gulped. He looked at Sarawat who stood next to him, motioning his head in an encouraging manner.

"What if I accidentally hurt his feelings? Or make him angry?" Tine panicked, his voice filled with worries. Sarawat took hold of his hands, "Calm down, Tine. Everything will be okay."

Seeing the worry still visible on Tine's face, Sarawat sighed and planted a kiss on Tine's forehead. "Everything will be fine, love. Now go and talk to him before he leaves."

Looking back at the tall figure sitting on the bench, Tine took a deep breath and proceeded to walk towards him while Sarawat waited from a far.

"Excuse me," he called out, nervously. "Are you Type?"

The said figure looked up at him, imposing a cold and intimidating gaze. He stood up, his height was about the same as Tine, yet Tine felt so much smaller compared to him.

The reports had stated Type was a quiet and gentle individual that didn't like drawing attention to himself, but the person before him looked ready to kill him anytime soon.

"And you are?" Type questioned, his voice seemingly full of hostility.

"Uh, I'm Tine Teepakorn...your..."

Type raised a brow, and Tine swears he wanted nothing more than to run back to Sarawat.

"My what? my relative?" Type assumed, sitting back down and crossing his arms. "How did you find me?"

"Um, my boyfriend is a werewolf so, uh, he helped us find your whereabouts."

At the mention of Sarawat being a werewolf, Type froze. He looked up at Tine with pure confusion and wonder. The wall and tension that was there before suddenly came crumbling down, and Type motioned for Tine to sit down next to him.

"My parents broke off contact with the rest of the family," Tine reassured, assuming Type had most likely gone through the same treatment as him. "My mom - your aunt - has felt really guilty about not taking you in all those years ago. We know you probably don't want to associate with us, but she wanted to at least deliver this letter of apology."

Tine took out the mentioned letter and gave it to Type, who stared at it with absolute silence.

"I'm sorry," Tine spoke up once more, "I know it's rather late-"

"-What do you think you're doing with my mate?" A rough voice growled. Tine felt hands grab his collar, surprising him.

"Let him go, Tharn," Type stood up, pushing away the individual. He looked at Tine who was somewhat scared, and formed his lips into a tight line before stating, "he's my cousin."

The person, Tharn, looked at them in surprise; guilt slowly plastering on his face for the way he grabbed Tine. Sarawat who had watched from afar came running over, checking over Tine. He glared at Tharn, but held back his anger when he felt his mate holding his hand.

Type sighed at the situation. "I'll check over this letter. But it's best if you leave for now."

Tine nodded meekly, leading Sarawat away.
