We were in my room, preparing for our sleep overs that we scheduled for Fridays.
" So who's your date Jess? " Caroline asked.
" No one. I don't think I'll have a date which means I won't be going." I said with a sarcastic sadness in my voice.
"Oh no Jess," she said
" Oh yes!" I said as she rolled her eyes.
" What about you Claire?" Caroline asked.
" Zion's asked his girlfriend and all my guy friends are paired already so no way. I don't think I'll go." She said and my eyes widened
"Yes Claire, don't go. We could stay at home as single ladies, watching videos on Netflix." I said, that idea sounded rebel.
" No way, I'll just wait till Saturday." She said and I sighed.
" What if Jaden asks you Jess, would you go then?" Carol asked. That sounded unpredictable 'cause the way he talked today as if he wanted to ask me.
" I'm not sure but the way he sounded today..." I said.
" He came over?! Give us details babe.." Claire said with excitement.
Oh well...
We sat in our cool beds then I explained in details from day 1
They gasped and Carol clutched her chest showing shock or something.
