The two girls planned on going to the mall for the rest of the day since players are allowed to go home already.

"Hey girls!" Taehyun approached them.

"Oh hey!"

"We are planning on going to the mall today. How about join us?" Chaeryeong invited them.

"Sure I'll come, how about you Beom?" He looked at Beomgyu.

"I'll join too." He replied.

"Wait, I'll get my bag first." Taehyun said.

"Oh my god Ryu, I also forgot something on our locker room."

"Should I come with you?" Ryujin suggested.

"No need, you and Beom should just stay here." she told her.

"Okay."

"Come on Jinnie, let's take a seat first. Those people are slow pokes." he chuckled.

"Sure."

They sat and watched the girls volleyball team practice.

"Wow, they're good" Ryujin exclaimed.

"They really are." Beomgyu said.

They were just watching when Ryujin  saw a ball flying towards her.

"Oh-" she closed her eyes and covered her face with her hand ready for the impact but she didn't felt anything. She slowly opened her eyes and saw Beomgyu with the ball in his hand.

"Jinnie, are you okay?" Beomgyu held her face. There's still space between their faces but barely. Ryujin felt her heartbeat rise.

"Jinnie?"

"Ah y-yes, I'm okay. What happened?" she averted his gaze.

"You nearly got hit by a ball. Good thing, I'm here." he said while smirking.

"Oh my god, I'm so sorry." A girl approached them while giggling.

"No, it's okay. I didn't got hit. He caught the ball." Ryujin said pointing at the boy beside her.

"Ah sorry Beomgyu-oppa." the girl gave Beomgyu her puppy eyes.

Weird.

"It's okay Minji. " Beomgyu said, "Go back to your practice".

"Yes oppa." The girl named Minji then left.

"Oppa?" Ryujin looked at him disgustingly as he just laughed.

"Hey, why are you laughing?" She asked furrowing her eyebrows.

"Nothing, are you jealous?" he asked her while nudging her shoulder playfully.

"Of course not, why would I?" She said crossing her arms.

"I know you have a crush on me. No need to keep it a secret." he exclaimed.

"Who told you that I have a crush on you huh?"

Beomgyu just laughed again.

"Why are you laughing again?" Ryujin whined.

"I'm just joking. You're so cute." he pinched her cheeks.

"Fine, I'll just go find Chae." She stood up.

"Ya!" he shouted and grabbed her hand. Yes, her hand.

Heart calm down

He pulled her back to her seat.

"Just chill. They're probably here already." he said still not letting go of her hand in case she'll attempt to leave again. Or is it?

"Hey guys!" Taehyun greeted.

Beomgyu quickly let go of her hand.

"Hi Tae." Beomgyu greeted back.

"Where's Chae?" he asked.

"She's—"

"Here!" Chaeryeong approached them. "Let's go!"
