This is her 1st time cooking tteokboki by herself so she really hopes it will taste good.

"Beoms!" she called.

"Coming!" she heard him walk downstairs and served him some.

"This looks really good." he exclaimed.

"Try it and give me your honest opinion about it"

"I'm sure it's good-Well okay."

He took a piece from it and put it his mouth.

"Sooo, how is it?" she asked waiting for an answer.

"Wow Jinnie." he applauded. "It's really really really good."

Ryujin look at him with an unsure face.

"Ya, try it." he offered her some so she accepted it.

"Woah, I didn't expect this." she chuckled while munching the food.

"See, sit here and eat with me." he patted the sit beside him.

"I'll just get mine." She put some in her bowl and sat beside him.

"Your tteokboki is good". he said as he put rice cake in his mouth.

"It really is, I can't believe I made this."

"It seems like you cook this a lot of times huh?"

"It's actually my first time."

Beomgyu stopped eating and looked at her.

"First time? you're joking right?" he asked.

"No" she said and continued eating.

"But how come? this is soooo good!" he said taking a bite.

"Beginners luck I guess? well it's not first time first time." she said as she faced the boy.

"What do you mean?"

"I always help grandma Ryejin cook tteokboki when we were still in Chuncheon-si. But this is the first time I made it by myself." she said and took a bite.

Grandma Ryejin? sounds familliar.

"Oh that's why" Beomgyu nodded. "Did you get your name from your grandma? Ryujin, Ryejin? hm?"

"Yes."

"Hah, knew it!"

...

They finished eating and Beomgyu was suppose to do the dishes but of course she insisted.

He went upstairs and just watched tv.

"Hey ya!" she sat down at the couch. "Time goes on so fast. It's nearly 5pm." she looked at the clock.

"I know."

"Are you going to eat dinner? I think I won't." Ryujin told him.

"Are you sure?"

"Yes, I'm full."

"Same."

"What are you watching?" she sat beside him.

"Uh-umm, can you suggest?"

"We can watch Hotel de Luna?"

"Okay sure."

"Okay hear me out, we'll finish all the episodes tonight and the one who will fell asleep first has to do a dare. Deal?" Ryujin dared him.

"Deal."

Time went by and they are just eating popcorn, flinching at some jumpscares, and basically laughing.

It's almost 11pm and they are still on episode 10.

The two of them were just watching when Beomgyu felt something on his shoulder.

"Hm?" He looked to check and it was Ryujin sleeping.

"Oh Jinnie."

He stared at her face.

She looks so pretty even when sleeping.

He caressed her cheek and tucked her hair behind her ear.

"How can you be so pretty?" he whispered.

Beomgyu reached the remote control and closed the tv. He slowly stood up being careful not to wake up Ryujin.

He carried her to her room and placed her on the bed.

"I like you Shin Ryujin, I really like you." he looked at her facial features again and placed her blanket over her.

"Sleep tight Ryujinnie, goodnight." he kissed her forehead and left her room.
